It is with profound sadness that we announce the demise of Josephine Waruguru Wahome (Wamso) of Imara Daima Estate, which occurred on Sunday 17th July, 2022.

Daughter of the late Ishmael Mwea Baragu and Lilian Muthoni Mwea. Loving wife to the late Ephantus Wahome Gichuhi. Doting mother to Angela Muthoni ‘Wahome and Kennedy Maina Wahome.

Sister to Annabel Wambui Kaguru, the late Hilda Wangari Kinyua, Dr. Maina Mwea, Peterson Mutugi Mwea, Cyrus Githinji Mwea and the late Dr. Willy Munene Mwea.

Sister-in-law to the late Samuel Ndirangu, the late Jackson Maina, the late Jane Wambui, Eunice Gichu, the late Milka Kiiru, Onesmus Ndonga, the late Jane Ndungo, Julius Kibogo among others. Beloved niece, cousin, aunt, cucu and friend to many.

Friends and family are meeting daily at Homeland Inn, Thika Road from 6:00pm.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Tuesday 26th July, 2022 at 8:00 am and thereafter, a funeral service at Witima, Othaya.
