It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance that we announce the demise of our beloved mum Juliana Igoki daughter of Kinyatta Cavanna and Mbuya Kinyatta. Hails from Kathuri village, Thambu Sub-location, Ndurumori location in Mbeere North Sub-county.

Wife of the late Gaciati Mwarire. Doting mother of Dr James Kanya, Utenzia Wanjiru, the late Stephen Njue and Jester Wanjue. Mother-in-law of Raphaera Kanya and late Anne Mbura. Grandmother of Dennis, Fred, Felix, Mugendi, lgoki, Wawira, Kariuki, Faith, Rita, Muthoni Murithi, Elias, Winnie, Njue, Njei, Kithinji, Kariuki, Fred, Ben, Karimi, Carol, Joshua, David and Njue. Great-grandmother of Karimi, Hilda, Mutugi, Linus, Leonel, Lilian, Caleb, Mwenda, Juma, Talisha, Trinna, Nyabuto, Alicent, Justa, Kawi. Great-great-grandmother of Shanize.

Friends and family are meeting at Tumaini House Nairobi, Utawala residence, Makongeni Ishiara and Kathuri rural home.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta mortuary on 14/9/2019 at 7.00am for final Rest at her Rural home at Kathuri Village Embu County.
