Father to James Waithaka, Daniel and Joyce Mburu, Eunice Wakarura Gichuru And Kennedy Gichuru (Mombasa). Brother to Mary Njambi, Peter Nganga, the late Stanley and Carol Wambui Makumi, Hon. Emily Wanjiku (Nrb County), Joseph and Julia Kariuki, Nelly Njeri, Moses and Lucy Wathoni and Francis and Yvonne Gikanga. Son In-Law to the late Mburu Kori and Grace Wangui Mburu (Ndeiya).

His In-Laws are Wilfred Mwangi Githui (Kiriani) and Mr & Mrs Dickson Kibuu Gichuru (Mombasa). Uncle to many. Grandfather to Lucy Nungari Mburu, Alex Njonde Mburu, Addy Mwangi Mburu, Kyle Kibuu Gichuru, Euryl Njoroge Gichuru.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Friday 19/03/2021 at 8am for burial service at his home in Cura- Lower Kabete.
