Kerestina Nasike Mwima Oliaro (Namukwe Situa)

It is with deep sorrow and grief, but also with gratitude and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Mama Kerestina Nasike Mwima-Oliaro.

Daughter of the late Luke Obonyo Mwima and Okangiro Nekesa of Sikinga village, Busia County. Sister of Flora, Grace, Julia, Omiele (All Deceased), Albert Ongaro, Jenita, Marcela, Daniel Sifumbi, among many others. Wife of the late Gratto Oliaro Khaira. Mother of Julius, Charles, Joseph, Samuel, Justus and Kaira Nabasenge (Kutto & Kaira Nabasenge Advocates). Mother-in-law of Beatrice, Emily, Margaret, Nancy, Julia, Silvia and Peterline Jemutai (KRA). Grandmother of Rev. Fr. Fedha (Kakamega Diocese), Rev. Sr. Winnie (Dimesse Sisters, Karen), among many others.

Requiem mass shall be held at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Eldoret on 17th June, 2021 at 2.00pm.

The cortege will leave Elgon View Estate, Eldoret on 18th June, 2021, for another requiem mass at St. Paul Ejinja Catholic Church, at 2.00pm. Burial ceremony will take place on 19th June, 2021, at her family home, Bukimo village, Mumias, Kakamega County.
