Lilian Nyaboe Nyaribo – Isiche

It is with profound sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Lilian Nyaboe Nyaribo Isiche, which occurred on Sunday the 16th of November 2025 at Kenyatta National Hospital, after a brief illness.

Lilian was born on 20th April 1973 to Edwin Ratiri Omwenga Nyaribo and Eunice Moraa Omwenga of Matangi Village, Rigoma Ward, Kitutu Masaba Constituency, Nyamira County.

She was the devoted wife of George Isiche and cherished sister of Janet. Evelyn, Jessica, Halima, Rael, Kennedy, Jomo, Robert and Lydia.

She was a granddaughter of the late Oroko Nyaribo. Kwamboka. Kerubo and Kerebi and the late Paul and Teresia Momanyi.

She was the daughter in law of the late Javan Harrison Isiche and Mary Consolata Isiche of Mumboha Village, Ekwanda Division, Luanda Constituency, Vihiga County.

Sister-in-law of Tony Isiche. Robert Isiche, Peter and Hilda lcharia and Lilian Isiche, Kingoina, Onesmus Otieno, Lewis Momanyi, Purity Alusa and Anne Muruka.

Niece of Tora, Charles, Obed, Nyabicha, Councillor Justus Githongori, Bikundo, Nyamato, Nchogu, Mosiara and Mogotu and the late (Pastor Aondo, Gitongori, Bonareri, Osugo, Mokeira, Tabitha, Magoma, Onyiego, Onyari, Nyanchama, Samson and Nyamagera); Onchiri, Chagara, Gladys Nyaboke, Rose Kv., iboka, Mark Momanyi, Arosi Momanyi, Ogato, Mokeira, Kemuma, Mosigisi, Josphela, Anna Kwamboka, Edward Chagara, the late (Nyaar-L7a, Ombongi, Mayieka, Ogaro and Nyanchwa) and others.

She was cousin of the late Bikundo, Masasi, Thomas, Okari, Osinde,Ateka, Dr.Tinega, Kagia, Nyandoros, Peter Maroko, Kabeses, Gesares, Nyanganyis, Edna and (Harrison, Charles, Esther, Jeptha, Jared, Kevin, Eric and Stella) all of USA, Mark, Patrick, Henry, Nyanchwas, Kiyakas, Ondiekis, Ogaros, Chagaras and many others.

Family and Friends are meeting at All Saints Cathedral for prayers and funeral arrangements with the main fundraising scheduled for the 26th November 2025 from 5.00 p.m. MPESA contributions and donations can be made directly to 0700-629333.

The funeral service will take place at the grounds of Thorn Grove School, Kitengela on Friday the 28th of November 2025 with the burial taking place thereafter at her home in Kitengela ”
