Lincoln Muthui Muita (Mwangi)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of Lincoln Muthui Muita (Mwangi), which occurred on 9th January 2026 at Nairobi Hospital, following a short illness.

He was the beloved son of the late Eutychus Muthui Muita and the late Emily Karambu Muthui of Kithoka Village, Meru, and the cherished son-in-law of the late Timothy Kirarithia and the late Hellen Njoki Kirarithia. Brother of James Kimathi, Joel Kithinii, Myriam Kingori, Francis Gikundi and Catherine Kinya.

Lincoln was a devoted and loving husband of Lilian Wangechi Muthui, a cherished father of Victor Muthui, Joan Karambu, and Angela Njoki, and a loving father-in-law of Ashley Romana. He was also a doting grandfather of Kieran Mwangi Muthui. He will be deeply missed as a devoted brother-in-law, cousin, uncle, friend, mentor, and respected business leader.

Family and friends are meeting daily at the Wakagoto Foundation (formerlY itecPrime Hotel), Embu, from 5.00 p.m., to condole with the family.

He will be laid to rest at Karurina, Embu County, on Friday, 16th January 2026.
