Louis Sore Bahati

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Louis Sore Bahati, which occurred on 27th November 2025 through a tragic road accident. The body is preserved at Umash funeral Home, Nairobi.

Louis was the son of Eng. Stephen Bahati Musindayi and Ursula Sore Bahati. He was brother of Winnie Muteitsi Bahati (UK) and the late Lisa Bahati. He was also brother of Shamim, Harridan, Nevyn and Milan Bahati.

He was a grandchild of the late Juliana and Adrian Musindayi and the late juliet2, and Clement Sore. He was nephew of the late Julius lsohe, Regina lbasha, Dyphina Mwaitsi, the late Alfred Chiteyi, Agnes Mboone, Patrick Lubembe, Adelaide Khatonde. Dr. Inviolata Lunani, Norbert Kwasira, Beatrice Sore, Mildred Akvveyu, Conrade Ingosi, the late Fr. Remaly Sore, Stanley, Millicent Kweyu, Cyril and Euphemia Sore.

Cousin to many including Mildred Khatonde, Dr. Emma Anyika, Irene Ayuma (USA), Carol Imbimi, Maureen Khatiakala (USA), Dr. Sammy Shikoli, Felistas Lihavi, Edwin Mugala, Felix Mulago, Renson Shikokoti, Stephen Obuya, Victor Ogendo, Humphrey Shikoli, Dennis Alusa, Victor Mulindi,Tracy Machio, Kezia Kwasira, Nicole Kweyu, the Akweyus Jayson Righa among others,

Funeral arrangements meetings are being held daily at their homes in Golden Gate Estate, Sore Lane South B daily from 6.00 pm and in Kakamega.

The main meeting at their home in South B will be held on Wednesday 10th December 2025 from 6.00pm.

A requiem mass will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, South B at 2.00pm.

The funeral service will be held at Mwiyala Primary School in Lurambi area Of Kakamega County on Saturday, 13th December 2025 from 9.00 am and thereafter burial at his parents’ home.
