It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Lucy Gatwiri Maingi Mugwika Headteacher St.Andrews Girls Boarding Primary School Kabare which occurred on 20/06/2022 after a short illness.

Daughter to the late Fredrick ,Mberia and Alice Karimi Mberia.

Wife to Fabiano Maingi Mugwika of National Registration Bureau Nairobi. Loving mum to Fridah Makena of Ontulili Mixed Day Secondary, Karen Kathure of KCB Nairobi and Emmanuel Kimathi of Meru School.

Mother-in-law to Tony Gitonga. In-law to Mr & Mrs Murega of Mpuri. Grandmother to Travis Karani.

Sister to Jane, Charity, Florence, Zipporah, Esther, Julius, Amos, Misheck, Julia, Margaret, Gilbert, Esther Kithinji and Late Grace.

Daughter-in-law to the late Mr & Mrs Thomas Mugwika. Sister-in-law to Joseph,Agnes,Aneta and Hellen.

Funeral arrangements are taking place daily at her Kariene Home from 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves Meru funeral home on Friday, 01/07/2022 at 9.00pm. Funeral service will be held at St. Ann Catholic Church Kariene thereafter she will be laid to rest at her home Rware Village from 12.00pm.
