Daughter of the late Mzee Matara Ong’era and late Mama Elizabeth Kerubo Matara. Loving wife of Charles Miruka Okondo. Co-wife of Milka Miruka and Grace Miruka. Sister-in-law of Mwanchi, the late Ogaro Okondo, Kerubo, Maria, John Okondo, Ondari, Mokono, Omete, among others. Daughter-in-law of the late Mzee Alexander Okondo Manyura and Mama Elizabeth Nyamokami Okondo. Mother of Gladys, Beatrice, the late Edmond, Lenon, the late Phenic, Linet, George and Getrude. Step mother of Maureen, Carol, Mercy, Irene, Samuel, Nicholet, Diamond and Cerdric.

Funeral meetings are taking place in Nairobi and Nyabigege home.

The cortege leaves Chiromo Mortuary on Thursday 22nd March 2018 for burial at her home Nyabigege, Bosinange, South Mugirango, Kisii County on Friday 23rd March 2018.
