It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that the Lucas Family announces the death of Mama Jeriah Mongina Oyaro Lucas of Masabo Village, Gesusu, Kisii County which occurred on Thursday October 29, 2020.

Wife of the late Simon Oyaro Lucas. Daughter of the late Keraita and the late Moraa. Sister of Moni, Nchuri, Okeyo, Tinega, Johnson Solo (all late) and Charles Keraita.

Mother of Philip and Jane, Jackson and Esther, Grace and late Bikeri, Evans and Lisper, Johnson and Olpha, Alice and Bisonga, Bernard and Lilian, and Justus and Diana, Ontomwa, Sarange and Lukas

Sister-in-law of the late Japhet and Matoke and Alice, Mona, Ondieki, late Zablon and late Elizabeth, late Nyanchama, Nyabonyi, Isaiah and Priscilla, late Anyona and Teresa, Omariba, the late Masese, the late Ontwoma, Obwagi, among others.

Grandmother of Caro, Mike, Faith, Betty, Lucas, Daphine, Brenda, Angela, Eric, Edwin, Job, Ruth, Isaac, LinetJudith, Doreen, Rehema, Grace, John’s, the Bikeri’s, the Bisonga’s among others and several grand children. The cortege leaves HEMA Hospital Mortuary on Thursday November 05 2020 at 12noon. Burial will take place on Friday November 6, 2020 at her Masabo home, Gesusu starting 9am.
