It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Mama Nancy Muthoni Njeru, of Mutunduri, Manyatta Sub-county, Embu County on 13th March, 2021.

Beloved Wife of Rev. Fr. Jonah Njeru M’reri. Mother to Dick-Denis Munene of Co-op Bank, Bob Kimanthi and Zakary Muchoki of Reli Transporters. Sister to Nary Marigu Mwambele, Jane Njura, Mwaniki, Newton Nthiga, Faith Wandiri Njagi, Peterson Njeni, the late Mercy Wawira, Susan W. Mwangi, Wambeti Kariuki and Gladys Mukarni Mathenge. Mother in law to Mercy Warnbui, Philtys

Muthoni and Eunice Karimi. Grandmother to Bill, Papie, Karendi, Kavoreria, Malaika, Nyange, Kanyi, Ngumo and Baraka.

Family and friends are meeting at Denis Munene’s home in Kiambu, and her Mutunduri home, Embu every evening for prayers and burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral Home Embu on 18th March 2021 followed by funeral service at her home Mutunduri.
