It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Mama Patricia Aoko Adhiambo, which occurred on Saturday 19th October, 2019.

Daughter of the late Mzee Odongo Okuku and the late Mama Salome Anyango of Gem – Kanyikwaya. Beloved wife of the late Mzee John Washington Adhiambo Nyalori. Loving mother of the late Willis Okuku, Pheobe Nyang’inja, the late Noah Ouma, Pamella Okoth, Eng. Charles Onyango, and Rose Ogwel. Also mother of Alfred Odipo, Elisha Hayanga, Walter Korege, Dr. Patrick Orege, Eng. Carey Orege, Jane Gwela, Rev. Margaret Auma, Ojukwu Osadho, Monica Oyalo, George Mawolu among others.

Sister of Jackton Opere and Richard Ouko (both deceased). Sister-in-law of Naftali Obango, Sospeter Okitte, Nelson Otieno, Antony Orege, and Charles Osadho (All deceased). Mother-in-law of Margaret Okuku, Mary Okuku (late), Debora Okuku (late), Beatrice Onyango (late), Consolata Onyango, Richard Nyanginja, Bishop. Rev. Dr. Philemon Okoth and John Ogwel Odhiambo. Others are Betty Lwanya, Dr. Isabella Orege, Regina Okwiri, Melap Adhiambo, Rose Odipo, Trizer Hayanga, Rev. Mary Obango, among others.

Adoring grandmother of Nick, Nelly, Jack, Maureen, Sam, Kevin, Carren, George, Ben, Martha, Jane, Fred, Linnet, Isaac, Peter, Anne, Godfrey, Henry, Rachel, John, Hesbon, James, Mark, Molly, Edith, Jonah, Ephiel, Linda, David, Ruth, Mark, Winnie, Wycliffe, Hillary, Horace, Mercy, Tanya, Venessa and 62 great grandchildren.”Nyawana” of Gilbert Obiayo, Ang’iro Okoth, Jeff Odhiambo —Ogwel, Tiang Obore, Okwach Obure, Okoth Nyakonya, Meshack And Andhogha (All deceased), and Margarita Owidh.

The cortege leaves Bondo District Mortuary on 1/11/2019 at 11:00am for a funeral service at St. Johns ACK Church- Muguna.

Burial takes place on 2/11/2019 at her home- Muguna village, Yimbo-Bondo, in Siaya County, from 9:00am.
