It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden death of our beloved mum Margaret Obada Wafula which occurred on 24/08/2019.

Loving wife of Peter Wafula Ichudi of Nang’oma Village, Matayos, Busia County. Daughter of the late Enoka Obada and the late Jane Nasirumbi of Sigalame. Beloved mother of Raymond, Evelyne, the late Rose, Elizabeth, Anne and Vincent. Daughter-in-law of the late Ichudi Otiang’i and the late Felista Mukadi (Namani). Mother-in-law of Esther, Albert, Marcos and Yvonne. Grandmother of Barbara, Joy, Andrew, Judydella, Joseph. Christian, Shawn, Marydonna, Peter and Samuel.

Sister of the late Olumbe, the late Wellington, the late Mugele, the late Nalukadha and Robert. Sister-in-law of the late Joseph, Clara, the late Rosaiia, the late Nicasius, the late Mary, Denis, Scola, Nabwire, among others. Co-wife of the late Hendrika, the late Teresa and Agatha. Auntie of the Obada’s, Wandera’s, Makio’s Ndedda’s Opamba’s, among others. A friend of many.

There will be requiem mass at Don Bosco Upper Hill, on Thursday 29/08/2019 at 2.00pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home, on Friday at 4.00am for burial in Busia, on Saturday, 31/08/2019, starting at 10.00arn.
