Marion Wangui Njuguna Karaka
16th October 1973 – 14th September 2019
It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved daughter, sister, aunty and friend Marion Wangui Njuguna Karaka. She worked with Pacific Insurance Brokers.
She was the first born-daughter of Major Rtd. Peter Njuguna Karaka and Lilian Matarimo Karaka. She was the sister to Elizabeth Makimaro, Lorna Karaka King’ori, Irene Makuna Karaka and Leah Wanjiru Karaka. She was fiancé to Damien Brutus. Sister in law to Jack Makau and Alex King’ori. Favorite aunty to Gyles, Mel, Zolani and Zwena. Niece to Leah Mutahi, Euphantus Karaka, Mohamed Sweddy, Semeni Makuna amongst others.
Family and Friends will meet at the at their family home in Buruburu Phase II Nguruman Court for prayers and at All Saints Cathedral Church from Tuesday 17th and Thursday 19th September 2019 at 6 pm for funeral arrangements.
The funeral service will be at ACK St James Church Buru Buru at 10am on Friday 20th September 2019 and burial thereafter at the Lang’ata Cemetery, Nairobi.
