It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mr. Martin Kirera Ongori.

Loving husband of Alice Moragwa Kirera, Loving father of Douglas Kirera of Mojus Enterprises, Christine Kirera of Kirera and Company Advocates, Jackline Nyarangi (USA), Joan Kerubo Kirera of Chogoria Mission Hospital, Rouzeannette Buyaki Kirera (USA).

Son-in-law of the late Daniel Ogetii and Janes Buyaki, Father-in-law of Timothy Macharia, Bernard Nyarangi (USA) and Roselyne Kwamboka.

Grandfather of Shanice, Anneth, Nicole, Martin, Leah, Keyla,Alicia and Shavonne.

Brother of the lates Kenagwa, Machuka and Sabina; Oremo and Nyanchoka. Step-brother of Pastor Johnson Omweri and Oruru Ongori, among others.

Brother-in-law of Lydia Ogetii, Eva Omingo, Emmanuel Ogetii, Elly Ombasa, Neema Nyanchama, Anne Ogetii and Davis Ogetii.

Meetings and prayers are ongoing at his home in Suneka, Kisii and his Kisumu home in Kondele. On 1st June, 2022 there will be a fund raising at Suneka from 5.00pm to raise funds towards funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves KTRH Mortuary on Thursday 2nd June, 2022 for an overnight vigil at his home in Suneka. Burial will take place on Friday 3rd June, 2022 at his home in Suneka, Kisii after the funeral service which will be held at Itierio Boys Grounds.
