Mary Njeri Njege

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Mary Njeri Njege which occurred on 20/04/2024 after a short illness.

She was the wife of the late Samuel Njege Nyaga (Mwalimu).

Daughter of Elizabeth Wambui Kiguru and John Kiguru Muhindi and Stepdaughter of Beatrice Wanjiku Kiguru.

Sister of Dr. Joe Muhindi, the Late David Kariuki, the late Josephine Wanjiku and Step-sister of Margaret Njeri Karua, Philip Muhindi, Grace Kabura King’ori, Esther Wanjiku, Stephen Mungai, Lydia Muthoni, Francis Kariuki and Willy Kuria.

Sister-in-law of late Isabella Wanjiru, Rachael Waihiga, the late Chege, Harrison Kiige, Mary Nyajau, Alex Gatheru and the late Esther Wambui. She was a loving Aunt and grandmother of many.

Friends and family are meeting daily at Kihunguro (Wa Mwangi’s residence) and Kamacharia home for prayers and burial preparations.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Kabati on Friday 26/04/24 at 9.30 a.m and the funeral service and burial will take place at Kamacharia, Karia village.
