It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the, promotion to glory of Mary Wanjiru Kinuthia on the 3rd of January 2020 after a short illness.

The firstborn daughter of the late Waruguru and the late Kanja of Ng’araria village, Muranga County. Beloved wife of the late Simon Kinuthia Kang’ethe. Mother of Nancy and David Kang’ethe, Jane and Moses Kanja Kinuthia, Susan and Wilson Irungu and Mary and Nelson Mwatha. Sister of Charagu, late Nyambura and the late Mburu. Sister-in-law of Mary and the late Bishop Emeritus Samuel Mwatha Kang’ethe, Mary and Edward Gichango Kang’ethe, Martha and the late Frederick Ng’ang’a Kang’ethe, Rev. Josephine and Arch Bishop Arthur Kitonga, Mary and the late Joe Kadenge, Jane and John Ngunjiri and the late John Kimani Kang’ethe. Beloved cousin, aunt, grandmother to many.

Family and friends are meeting at her home in Kaburugi village, Naaro Sub Location, Ng’araria Location, Kandara Sub County, Muranga County.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home in Kabati (Kenol) on the 10th of January 2020 at 9:00 am for a funeral service and burial at her home as of 11am.
