Maurice Chichi Choge

30th October 1978 to 28th May 2023

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden demise of our beloved Maurice Chichi Choge that occurred on 28th May 2023, a former employee of Ministry of Petroleum-KEPTAP and immediate former AFC Leopards SC Treasurer.

He was a devoted husband to Beatrice Chepkorir Choge(Trinity Credit Co) and Father to Tiani Kavochi Chichi (White Star Academy).

Son to Alfred Choge and the late Dinnah Kavochi Choge. Brother to Linda Chepkemboi Choge,Annita Saina, Simon Kibet Choge, Christopher Kiplimo Choge.

Son-in-law to Jeremiah Turgut and Ruth Rugut of Kericho County.

Grandson of the late Mzee Enos Andambi, the late Mama Zira Gonah Andambi of Sabatia, Vihiga County.

Nephew of Herbert and Alice Chabala, Flora and Vincent Wekesa, Hudson and June Andambi, Ronald Omulindi, Janet Mmboga Ahoya, Phanice Mmbone Mukabi.

Brother-In-law to Shadrack Saina(Moi University), Johnson, Richard, Philip, Charles & Abraham Saina, Albert, Caren, Duncan and Victor Ng’eny.

Cousin to Ken Agesa (USA),Victor (KRA), Betty (JKF), Roseline, Bradley (l&M Bank Eldoret) &Walter Chabala, the late Nickson and the Late Kennedy Chabala; Brian Omulindi,Clinton Andambi (Dambiz), Lavinah Gonah, Victor Wekesa, Mildred Kavochi,Violet Kaziga (CHRM), Mercy,Vivian Ahoya; Eugene Mukabi (JAC and Associates), Lillian, Joan amongst others.

Loving Uncle to Nadel Kavochi, Cameron Saina, Naya Saina, Kylian Limo amongst others.

Daily prayers are being held at Langata Complex, next to Jupiter Hotel Langata, as from 5:00pm

We will have a fundraiser on 6th June 2023 at Charter Hall next to City Hall as from 5:00pm.

A funeral mass will be held on Thursday 81h June 2023, at 2:00pm at Friends Church Quakers Langata.

The cortege Leaves Montezuma Funeral Home Nairobi on Friday, 9th June, 2023 at 7:00am for burial on Saturday, 10th June, 2023 at his Farm in Sugoi, Uasin Gishu County.
