Maurice Henry Omollo Rota

 August 1948 – May 2019

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Maurice Omollo Rota formerly of NMG which occurred on 02/05/2019 after short illness at Kendu Mission Hospital.

Son of Mama Fransica Ogolla and the late Siprianus Rota. Loving husband of Margaret Omollo. Brother of Michael Rota (KIMC), Vincent Rota (Wana Anga), Agnes Odongo, Lucy Anyango, Lewnida Adoyo and the late Pauline and the late Jane Adhiambo. Father of Winston Otieno, Denis Okoth (Personna Advisory), Irene Aoko (Amref), Edwin Onyango, Molly Akinyi and Seth Odiwuor (Jaramogi University). Brother-in-law of Risper Nyagara (KNH), Elizabeth of Obwanda School. He is a father-in-law, Uncle, Nephew, Cousin, grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting for funeral arrangements at his brothers residence in Syokimau and his home Kadeka village.

The cortege leaves Gendia Mission Funeral Home on 29/05/2019. Burial will be in Kadeka Village, Kanyaruanda Sub-Location in Kagan East Location, Homa-bay County on 30/05/2019.
