We regret to announce the death of Michael Waseka Masayi (Retired Assistant Commissioner of Police) which occurred on Friday 27 April 2018.

Son of the late Lazaro Masayi and the late Elizabeth Lutta. Brother of the late Zacharia, the late Henry and Gladys. Husband of Mwalimu Lucy Monyani and Mary Adongo (Retired Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police). Father of Hellen, Anthony, Edith, Dr. Elizabeth, the late Elkanah, Anne, Habil, the late Abraham, Erick, Adah, Hilda and Millicent. Father-in-law of Stella, Daniel Okumu, Isaac Sheunda, Jessica, Isabella, Angeline and Chebiegon. He leaves behind 16 grandchildren.

The cortege leaves St. Mary’s Hospital Mortuary, Kakamega on Thursday 03/05/2018.

The burial will be on Saturday 5 May 2018 at his home in /Ebwayi Village Opposite Namulungu Muslim Secondary School, Mumias, Kakamega County.
