Milka Mumbi Kihumba

We accept with humility the passing on to glory of our beloved mother and grandmother, Milka Mumbi Kihumba, of Munyuini,Wanjohi Location, Nyandarua County.

She was wife of the late Peter Kihumba, mother of Emmah Kiberenge, Job Kihumba, Bilha Kamau, Martin Kihumba, Rosabella (wa Mucheru), Kenneth Kamau, Tom Karanja, Margret (wa John), Emily Wacuka and Miriam (wa Mbugua).

She was sister of Peter Mungai, late Njenga, late Mwaura, late Ruth Nduta Thomas, and James Muchiri. Beloved mother-in-law of the late Andrew Kiberenge, Mary Miingi, Kamau Kungu, Naomi Muiru, Stanley Wakaba, Hannah Kamau, late Gicheru, Francis Mbugua

Adorable grandmother, great grandmother and great, great grandmother and aunty of many.

Mumbi was a retired PCEA Elder and a church leader at PCEA Nguirubi Church, Wanjohi, Nyandarua County.

Prayers and signing of condolences book will be held at St. Andrews Church (Lecture room 3) Nairobi on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th May, from 5:30pm, at the Langata PCEA Church on Sunday 6th May, from 4 P.M. and daily at her home.

The cortege leaves North Kinangop Mission Hospital Mortuary (Kwa Ng’othi) at 9.00am on Tuesday 8th May 2018, followed by Funeral Service & burial at her home at Munyu-ini, Wanjohi, Nyandarua County.
