It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Millicent Atieno Otieno-Ondiek which occurred on 24th December 2018.

Loving wife of the late John Leonard Ondiek Odanga. Mother of the late Dick Odanga and Steve Ondiek and grandmother of Blyth & Kyleen. Daughter of the late John Mark Otieno Ndaya and the late Mama Abigael Abonyo Otieno of Mudhiero, Ugenya. Daughter in-law of the late Francis Ainda Odanga and the late Rosalia Nyagol Odanga of Chiga, Kano. Mother-in-law of Nancy Awuor. Sister of Prof. Aggrey Oloo, late Elizabeth Chacha, Joseph Omondi, late Charles Onyango & late Rose Apondi Odhiambo, Benson Oloo, Margaret Akoth, Raymond, Millicent Adhiambo, Wilfred, Dr. Pauline Nam, Dr. Alex Otieno, Dr. Debra Owira, Dorothy, Carren amongst others.

Sister-in-law of Mary Auma, Sela Ogalo, late Mathew Odanga, Boniface Ayugi, Elizabeth Ayugi, Hellen Owino, Edwina Oketch, Dr. Margaret Oloo, Emma Omondi, Joyce Otieno, Anne Oloo Lillian Oduor, late Meshack Chacha and Charles odhiambo. The cortege will leave Aga Khan Hospital Mortuary on Friday 11th January 2019 at 10.00 am for requiem mass at Power of Jesus Around the World at Nyalenda, Kisumu.

Burial will be held on Saturday 12th January 2019 at her home in Chiga Kano, Kisumu County.
