Moses, at this 2 year mark, the tears we shed are those of enduring grief and sorrow and tempered by deep unyielding love, reflection, courage, and resilience. Simply, we miss you. We remember the love you had for your children and the pride you shared in their lives and their successes. We miss your laughter, enthusiasm for your interests, patience, steadfast support and kindness. Your life and your passing taught us about love, compassion, forgiveness and freedom. We share this day of remembrance with all those who knew and loved you. We salute your spirit: to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
