Mrs Mary Wangechi Ndung’u (Mariamu)

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we regret to announce the sudden demise of Mrs Mary Wangechi Ndungu (Mariamu), which occurred on 8th July 2017 in Nairobi.

Loving wife of the late Moses Ndung’u Wanderi (Musa). Daughter of the late Musa Kamau and the late Esther Waihuini. Loving Mother of Paul Wanderi Ndung’u (Mobicom Kenya Ltd), Peter Kamau (Nyeri), John Muchemi (Nairobi), Samuel Ndung’u (WIOCC), Elijah Ndung’u (Cellcare Electronics), Meshack Ndung’u (Avenue Electronics), Esther Muthoni (Prime Bank) and John Kiboi (Nyeri) Mother in law of Dr. Susan Wanderi (Focal Point Pharmacy), Ann Kamau (Nyeri), Winfred Muchemi (Glory Forex Bureau),Vivien Wang’ombe (Capital Airlines), Maureen Wambugu (Swornies Beauty Shop), Gladys Wangari (Cellcare Electronics). Sister of Samuel Wang’ombe, late David Wambugu, late Elijah Rukwaro and Samson Wagura. She was an aunt and grandmother to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Kagwathi Village, Tetu, Nyeri County. There will be meetings at St Andrew’s PCEA Church, Nairobi, on Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th July 2017 from 5.30pm.

Burial arrangements will be announced later.
