It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Mwalimu Erastus Migwi Ndirangu (Wakanini) on Sunday 4/5/2025.

He was a beloved husband of Leah Wambura. Loving father of Miriam Gathoni, Eunice Wamuyu, Ann Wanjira, Mary Wanjiru, Dorcas Wairimu, Damaris Wanjiku, late David Ndirangu and Fridah Wagithi.

Brother of late Beth Muiru, Rose Kihara, Ann Mwangi, James Migwi and late John Ndegwa.

Father in-law of Benson Chege, David Waicha, Francis Gathondu (Fragawa) and John Wanjohi.

Grandfather of Migwi and Mary (Kamish), Migwi (Shale), Kabuchi and Phenny, Edwin, Mumbi and Kennedy, Warutere, Wangu, Irene, Leah, Dennis,Migwi, Melvin,Alvin, Ryan, Gicheha,Wanjiru, Leah and Lydia. Great grandfather of Princes Warren, Adriel and Jayson.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his Kamuiria home, Kiangoma Village Mukurwe-ini Sub county.

The cortege will leave Mwai Kibaki Funeral Home Othaya on Saturday 10th May 2025 at 9.00 a.m. Funeral service will be held at PC.EA Gathitu Church at 11.00 a.m., thereafter interment at his Kamuiria home.
