It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mzee Daniel M’Igweta M’Ituerandu Kiguu of Kinoru Meru County.

Son of the late Joseph M’Ituerandu and Catherine Ncurubi M’Ituerandu. Husband of the late Julia Njaruni Ciomarete and the late Margaret Nkina. Brother of Elizabeth Ncooro. Father of Anna Murugu, Luka Kimathi tlungania (formerly of Kamiti Prison), Marrieta Mwarania (Formely of Lands Office Tutua), Lucy Muthamia, Rtd Eng. Justus Muthurania, Tarsilla Mutabi (Formerly of D.E.O Office Meru), Andrew Gituma (Former Mayor Meru), Johnstone Mwenda Kimataifa (Formerly of KDF Embakasi), Michael Mwiti, Rosemary Mwari, John Mbaabu (Rtd Teacher), Francis Kaimenyi, Rhoda Mukiri (Tuskys Meru), David Muthee of Laikipia Airbase and Florence Mutwiri (Senior Principal Chuka Girls). He is survived by 63 grandchildren, 85 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

The cortege leaves St.Theresa’s Mission Hospital Kiirua on Friday 3rd August 2018 )at 9.00am and thereafter a funeral mass at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church Gitoro and to his resting place at his home Kinoru next to Saleem Academy Meru County.
