Mzee Moses Rukwaro

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved husband, father, father-in-law and grandfather, Mzee Moses Rukwaro, who was called to eternal rest after a short illness.

Son of Joshua Ndirangu Muhugu, Ruth Nyiha Ndirangu and Elizabeth Nyaguthi Ndirangu. Brother of the late Jane Wanjiru, the late Veronica Wajugu, the late Moses Waweru, the late Stephen Ndiuini, the late Miriam Wanja, Consolata Nyamathira, the late Susan Wamucii, Elijah Kiboi, the late Isaac Gitahi, Esther Wairimu, Agnes Kerarao, Agnes Waithera and Paul Gitahi.

He was a devoted husband of Cecilia and Sophina, a loving father of Joshua, Steve, the late Yussuf, Paul, Ruth, Eddie and Jackline, and a cherished grandfather of Adrian, Clive, Claris, Christie, Muthoni, Jayden, Nuru, Rhys, Moses and Amanda.

He was also a treasured brother, cousin, uncle and friend to many — his immense wisdom, humility and kindness touched countless
lives.

Burial arrangements are currently underway. Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Kihuyo, Nyeri.

The funeral service and interment will be held on Friday, 9th September 2025 at his home in Kihuyo from 10:00 am.
