Mzee Pius Mbaka

 1919 – 2019

It is with heavy hearts yet with gratitude and humble acceptance of God’s Will that we announce the promotion to Glory of Mzee Pius Mbaka of Kioge village, Bonyagatanyi, sublocation, Nyakoe location, Kisii county.

Husband of Maria and Rebecca. Brother of the late Oisenye, the late Onundu, the late Manani, the late Barnaba and the late Matundura. Father of Amb. Charles and Jerida Mbaka, Prisca and Andrew Makokha, Edward and Emily Mbaka, Mondesta, William and Cecilia Mbaka, the late Joseph, Henry and Christine Mbaka, Grace and Henry Nyarang’o, Regina and Morris, George and Margaret, the late Winnie, the late Ayienda, the late Josephine and Stella and John. Grandfather of 30 grandchildren and 10 Great grandchildren.

Family and Friends are meeting daily in Nairobi West at Prof. Nyasani’s Corner at 5.30pm and at his Kisii home.

A fund raising to offset the hospital bill is scheduled Wednesday 13th March, 2019 at All Saints’ Cathedral, Nairobi starting at 5.30pm.

Mzee Mbaka will be laid to rest on Friday 22nd March, 2019 at his home in Kioge village, Bonyagatanyi sublocation, Nyakoe location, Kisii County.
