It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Nellie Muthoni Kobia after a battle with cancer bravely borne.

Wife of Paul Kaberia Kobia. Daughter of the late Paul Ndung’u and Mary Warucu Ndung’u. Daughter-In-Law of Romanus and Anastasia Kobia. Adored Mother of Martin, Makena, Joan and Anita. Loving sister of Juliana and the late Stephen Mureithi, Euphrasia, Emily and George Apunda, the late Clare Wanjiru, Francis Kamau, Catherine and Albert Aketch, Georgina and Ronald Kefa, Charbel Nga’nga. Sister-In-Law of Alex and Carole Kobia, Henry and Gacheri Kobia, Karimi and Tony. Auntie of Warama, Alex, Njeru, Philomena, Pauline, Liz, Derick, Bridget, Ben, Theo, Deogratias, Authanasia, John, Ida, Andrew, Erika, Sophi Pita, Kendi, Nigel, Jordan and Gitonga.

Family and friends are meeting today Friday 8th March 2019 for prayers and funeral arrangements at Sagret Hotel, Milimani at 6:00pm, and tomorrow Saturday 9th March at the Kobia’s residence in Langata, Ngei 2, House 98, Maboko Crescent at 2:00pm.

Requiem Mass will be held on Thursday 14th March 2019 at The Consolata Shrine, Westlands Nairobi at 10:00am.

The Funeral Service and Burial will be held on Friday 15th March 2019 at the Family home at Antubochiu, Maua, Meru County.
