It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Nancy Jerono Kibowen (Concord Girls High School, Eldoret), which occurred on 14th September 2019 after a long illness bravely borne.

Daughter of Mr. Joel Kibowen (Almasi Beverages) and Mrs. Jenniffer Kibowen (Koibarak School, Eldoret). Sister of Mercy Jepchumba Kibowen (UoN), Winnie Jerop Kibowen (Singore Girls High School), Calvin Kiptum (Queen of Angels, Eldoret). Granddaughter of the late Kibowen Cheserem and Elizabeth Kobilo Kibowen of Kapletingi Village, Elgeyo Marakwet County and Mr Johana Kipyego and Mrs Josphina Kipyego (Elgeyo Border, Uasin Gishu County). Niece of Kibowen Family-John, Daniel, Luka, lsaiya, Annah, Samuel, Jane, Moses and Milcah, among others. Aunt of Kipyego family-Gladys, Monicah, Caroline, Winnie, among others.

The cortege leaves Eldoret Hospital Funeral Home on Saturday 21st September, 2019 at 8.00am. Funeral Service and Burial will be held on the same day at her home, Kapletingi Village, Kapcheptek Sub-location, Nyaru Location, Elgeyo Marakwet County starting at 10.00am.
