Obadiah Ng’ang’a Kang’aru
It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s Will that the Management of Kenya Technical Trainers College (KTTC), wishes to announce the untimely death of Obadiah Ng’ang’a Kang’aru of Mechanical Engineering Department through a tragic road accident on 8th June, 2019.
Husband of Winnie Waceke. Father of John Kang’aru Ng’ang’a, Esther Ruguru Ng’ang’a (Kameme TV), Joseph Njenga (Baraton University) and Peninnah Wambui Ng’ang’a (Pleasant View Schools). Father-in-law of Lydia Nanjala. Grandfather of Ariana Waceke.
Friends and family are meeting at their Nembu home daily from 3:00pm, Kamulu residence from 8:00pm and Homeland Lounge, Thika road opposite Garden City Mall daily from 6:30pm.
The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Tuesday 18th June 2019 at 8:30am.The funeral service will take place at his Kamulu residence from 10:00am. Thereafter he shall be laid to rest.

It was a big and painful blow for me when I learnt of Obadiah’s sudden death. It was my father who broke the sad breaking news to me. I didn’t believe it. . My father was also in disbelief. He was a long time family friend to us, we grew up with his children, and his wife was a great friend to my mom. RIP Mr Obadiah Nganga. He was also my godfather during my baptism in 1998.
