Second Anniversary

Mum it is two years since you left us. On that morning the Hospital called and said they are turning off the ICU machine, the news hit us like knife through our chest. In a blink of an eye the mention of the word (Mathee) become a memory to us. The pain of your sudden departure is and still remains a mystery. We are trying to learn to go on without your love but with a lot of pain.

Dearest Mum we loved you in a very special way. We know you loved us so much that you tried to hold on tight till the last breath was gone and you could no longer fight. Our hearts are still heavy though we draw memories and selfless love that you had for each one of us.

In Memory of our Mum

It broke our hearts to lose you,

But you did not go alone,

Apart of us went with you,

the day God took you home.

If tears could build a stairway,

And heartaches make a lane,

we’d walk our way to heaven,

and bring you back again.

In life we loved you dearly,

In death we love you still,

In our hearts you hold a place

No one could ever fill.

Your loving Family
