23/05/1964 – 29/7/2021

4 Years on!

Darling Joe! It has been four years since I held your hand in mine. On 29:07 2021 you closed your eyes on us, never to open them again. The four years without you have been the longest, toughest and saddest.

Your tragic demise is still as traumatic & haunting for me your wife & our two sons. it is difficult to see beyond our grief. Hence no amount of time can heal the sorrow of your passing.

You empowered us so much but never taught us how to live without you. Losing you has been tormenting, learning to live without you has been harder.
In your life time you touched so many lives In your death many lives were changed. We dreamt of living a long life together. This dream was shattered. I cannot get over the pain of losing you

Joe I cannot express the hollowness our two sons feel everyday without you in their lives. You broke their hearts.

Some day Joe my soul shall find yours!

Dearly missed by your treasured, cherished & loving wife Dr Jane Kere lmbunya. Your adorable & beloved sons Harkins & Bramwel Imbunya, Your doting grandson Joe Junior Muhadia Imbunya aka *JJ*. The larger families of the Late Pastor MeshackYahuma Imbunya (Tiriki – Kaimosi: Vihiga) & Eng. James Kere Musambaih (lsukha- lbukhulunya: Kakamega), all other relatives, our many friends & the Great Botswana.

Joe, may the Heavens be kind to you

In Loving Memory

Three years have passed since you were called, By Heaven’s gate, where angels stand enthralled. Yet here on Earth, your light remains,A sacred echo through joys and pains.

Beloved wife, and mother true, God’s grace still shines through all you do. Your spirit walks with us each day.A gentle guide along life’s way.

You taught us faith, you taught us prayer, To see God’s hand in everywhere. To serve the weak, to love the poor, To open wide compassion’s door,

We feel your presence when we kneel, In quiet moments where we heal. You urge us on, with hearts uplifted. To live with purpose, grace, and gifting.

Now robed in glory, crowned in light, You rest where there is no more night. Yet through our lives your truth will shine—A gift eternal, God’s design Forever held in God’s embrace, We see your love in every place You are our angel, Heaven-sent— A soul of faith, divinely lent

Proverbs 31:28 “Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her.

In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Dad

Fifteen year’s have passed since you left this earthly realm, yet your spirit remains alive within us guiding and comforting us in words we cannot express.

In our prayers and our quiet reflection we feel your energy surrounding us reminding us of the lessons you taught us and the values you upheld in business.

Thank you for being our guiding Star and our protector all the time.

Though we miss you deeply we are sure your soul is internally connected to us.

Dearly missed by your dear wife, sons, daughters, Mum, brothers, sisters, and friends

The Karanja Karungu family humbly acknowledges the first anniversary of the
passing of our beloved matriarch, Margaret Njoki Karanja, who was called home on July 8, 2024.

Affectionately known as Maitu, Cucu, Maitu-Mukuru, Sister, Muiru, Friend and Teacher. Margaret lived a full and joyous 75 years, intentionally impacting countless lives. While our lives will never be the same without our Mum and Cucu, we have been sustained by the unwavering love and comfort of the Lord.
We are eternally grateful for her intentional and prayerful life, the invaluable lessons she taught both inside and outside the classroom and her tireless intercession.

Her profound love for Christ continues to be the foundation that binds us. The life lessons she shared, the values she instilled and the immense love and generosity she so deeply expressed are a cherished gift we are passing down to her grandchildren.

We have truly experienced God’s abundance over the past year and remain steadfast in our faith.

The family extends gratitude for the continued support, prayers, home visits, calls, messages and kind gestures received over the past year and beyond.

As He continues to comfort us, may the Lord God Almighty cause his face to shine upon everyone who fondly remembers Nyina wa Karungu. May he answer you whenever you call upon His name.

With gratitude,love and blessings,

Karungu, Wagema & Ngina, Pastor Wamaitha Wamz and our children

In Loving Memory

19th February 1996 – 3th July 2024

On this first anniversary of your end of earthly sojourn, though our hearts are still heavy with grief, we find strength in Christ who rescues us from being disconsolate to filling our hearts with the nostalgic memories of your enduring love for family and friends. We, and your late mum Rose Masore, would chuckle at how you would translate your meticulous knowledge of medicine to sheng’ at the dinner table.

Mochets, you showed us that true self-accomplishment is derived from selflessness anchored in Christ. Although called to the afterlife at such a young age, you have left a community that saw the hand of God through interaction with you. We shall forever remember you.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who in his great mercy gave us a new birth to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade, kept in heaven for you. 1 Peter 1:3-4

Love from Dad, Vini, Nina; Alex and Greg.
