A Heartfelt Thank You

With hearts full of deep gratitude, We, the family of Mama Recho Sang, extend our sincere appreciation to all who stood with us spiritually, physically, and financially during our Matriarch’s time in hospital to her peaceful transition, and dignified final rest. In our hour of sorrow, you became our strength. Your prayers were a blanket of comfort, your presence a balm of Gilead, your giving an overflowing river of love.

From near and far, in sunshine and in rain, you walked with us, cried with us, held our hands and lifted our spirits. Your kindness has imprinted on our souls, a legacy of compassion we shall forever cherish.

Thank you for your time, your tears, your treasures and above all, for loving Mama Recho with us.

Mama, continue to rest in perfect peace, wrapped in the warmth of eternity and dancing among the angels. May your radiant spirit forever shine upon us, guiding our hearts and lighting our path with the love you so freely gave.

Dear Friends and Family, In our time of sorrow and pain, your love and support were our beacon of hope and light. The kindness, words of comfort and prayers you shared have given us strength and solace as we grieve our loss. As a family we are indebted by your outpouring of love.

Muthoni Rubia, the daughter of the late Jane Muthoni Kabaki, together with the Kabaki Family, wish to express our heartfelt appreciation and deepest gratitude to all who stood with us during the most difficult time following her demise.

We give thanks to the Almighty God, the giver of life and the comforter of hearts, for the times and seasons He allowed us to share with Jane.

To all relatives, friends from the USA, South Africa and all over the world, as well as colleagues who visited, prayed, condoled with us, and supported us in countless ways—we were deeply touched by your love and generosity.

Dad lived a life full of purpose, passion, and grace especially through his love for family.

Our sincere thanks to our neighbours and friends from Donholm, Joska, Huruma, Leshau, Charina and the MD Sawela lodges Peter Kimani who stood by him and honoured his journey.

We, the family of Priscah Kwamboka Nyakoe (Osiri), who was laid to rest on 18th July 2025 at her home in Keginga Village, Nyamira County, wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the friends, family, colleagues, and compassionate souls who supported us during this time of loss, following the resting of our cherished and beloved Mama Priscah.

We, the family of the late Mwalimu Robert Onyango Obori, sincerely thank you for helping us bury our dad peacefully on 19/7/2025.

We particularly thank Rev/Fr/Dr. William Fryda, Founder and CEO of St. Mary’s and St. Joseph Rift Valley Hospitals, and the hospital staff and Nursing students, for treating Mwalimu as one of their own until his final journey. We thank CITAM Nakuru leaders who came led by Beris Odak, Pst. We, the family of the late Francis Mbiyu Nguru, celebrate and honour his remarkable 108-year journey. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, and friend, whose life was marked by wisdom, strength, and enduring love.

As we laid him to rest on Er July 2025, we were deeply moved by the overwhelming support shown through prayers, visits, messages, calls, contributions, and presence from friends, family, and community near and far.

The late Dinah was beloved wife to Kennedy Nyakweba, Deputy Headteacher Mariba Comprehensive School, Kisii. She was mother to Zachary Nyakweba, Faith Moraa and Ruth Nyaboke.

To our extended family, friends, colleagues, neighbours. and well-wishers your prayers, kind words of encouragement, visits, financial support and presence brought us immense comfort and strength during our period of grief.

Special thanks to the funeral organizing committee for your tireless effort in ensuring a dignified and befitting farewell for our beloved mother.
