Mary Kagehi Migoye

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s sovereign will that we announce the passing on to glory of Mrs. Mary Kagehi Migoye,on Sunday 10th of August 2025 at her home Uthiru, 87. She Succumbed to cancer.

Wife of Rev. Peter Migoye of Kirungii Pentecostal Church Kangemi

Mary was the daughter of the late Mr & Mrs Ahinga. She was daughter-in-law of the late Mr & Mrs Chumba.

She was the mother of Margaret, Everline, Lilian & Kevin.

She was the sister of Hellen Ayuya, the late Alfayo, late Safan, late Fanuel, the late Janet.

She was sister-in-law of Meshack, Esther, Ann, Florence, Beatrice, the late Margaret, Daniel, John & David.

She was mother-in-law of Renson & Daniel.

She was grandmother of Bianca, Ramsey. She was an aunt, cousin and friend of many.

The memorial service will be held on Thursday the 21st of August 2025 at Kirungii Pentecostal Church, Kangemi from 8:00am.

She will be laid to rest on Saturday 23rd of August 2025 at lvugwi Village,
Lugari District, Likuyani Sub-location near lvugwi Primary School.

Friends and family are meeting daily at her home in Uthiru, 87 Nairobi until Thursday 21st August 2025 and continuing at her family home in lvugwi Village, Lugari District until Saturday 23rd August 2025 where she will be laid to rest thereafter.

May the Lord Jesus Christ rest her soul in eternal peace.

Beloved husband of Mercy Wangeci Weru.

Brother of the late Peterson Kinyua Githui, Judy Murithi Warutere, the late Eustace Kanyiri Githui and the late Raphael Muriithi Githui. He was a grandfather and a great grandfather.

Prayers and funeral arrangements are being held daily at his home in RuthagatiVillage, MathiraWest Sub-County, Nyeri County.

The cortege will leave Jamii Hospital Mortuary on Monday 25th August 2025 at a.00 AM.The funeral service and burial will be at his home in Ruthagati Village, Mathira West Sub-County, Nyeri County on the same day at 11.00AM.

Son of the late Joram Ndirangu and Lydia Wangu. Son-In-law of the late Gilbert Mwathi and Jedidah Wanjiku.

He was dear husband of Retired Elder Margaret Muthoni Munyiri. Loving father of Lydia Wanjiru Munyiri, Eric Ndirangu Munyiri, Kennedy Kamau Munyiri and John Mwangi Munyiri. Loving father-in-law of Paul Shannon, Beatrice Warukira, Mary Wanjiru and Silvia Muthoni. Dear grandfather of Andy Munyiri, Jonathan Munyiri, Derrick Munyiri, Cruz Munyiri, Raymond VVachira, Javin Munyiri,Tasha Muthoni, Myles Njaramba, Jakes Ndirangu,Myra Muthoni and many others.

Brother of John Mwangi, the late Patrick Kabira, the late Ann Nyaguthie, Jecinta Gathoni and Joyce Njoki.

Brother-in-law of the late John Mwaniki, Madrine Njeri, the late Gladys Kanini, Eunice Mumbi, Isabella Wanjiru, Solomon Riri, Douglas Nguchara, Jane Wangui, Anthony Nyoike, Bancy Wambui and Caroline Wangare. Cousin, uncle, mentor and friend to many.

rayer meetings are ongoing at his Maragima residence along Chaka – Sagana Statelodge Road in Nyeri County starting 3.00pm and Nyeri Ibis Hotel starting 7.00pm daily.

There will be an Inter-denomination Service on Sunday 24th August at his Maragima Residence.

The cortege will leave Outspan Funeral Home Nyeri on Wednesday 27th August 2025 at 9.00am for send-off service at PCEA Maragima Church at 10.00am and burial procession thereafter at the family home in Maragima.

John Seiriamu Saita alias Bob

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of John Seiriamu Saita alias Bob who served in the Army from 1970. He rested on Monday 11th August 2025.

He was the son of  Sirikwa Saita and Sophia Ndunguloi Saita.

Husband of late Neema Mbise. A loving father of Sophia Soine, Annie Pisoi and guardian of Brian Montet.

He was a loving brother of Priscilla Tiren, Grace Naninaai and the late Isaac Saita.

Father-in-law of Maantai Ngugi and Elisha Langat.

He was a loving grandfather of Xavier Lesikar, Miqbel Alotaibi, Damian Lemerian, Kalya Kipkoech, Berur Kipkorir and Bowen Kibet.

He was an uncle of Sheila, Christopher, Diana, Denis, Frank, Sylvia, Doreen, James, Tianda, Kiddy and Larry.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayer and support at his home in Namanga Town and in Nairobi, all are invited.

Funeral service will be held on 23rd August 2025 in Kajiado County Namanga Town from 10:00 am.

Wife of Jesse Thiuri of Old Mutual Group and mother of Faith Wambui Thiuri (formerly of Boma International Hospitality College), Joan Wamucii Thiuri of JKUAT and Felix Mama Thiuri of juja. St. Peter School.

Daughter in-law of the late Shifira Wambui Thiuri.

Sister of Anthony Muriithi, Charles Ndirangu, Philip Murungi and Kevin Muciga.

Sister in-law of Mary Nyandia, Leah Wangeci and Samuel Mahianyu. She was a great auntie, cousin, friend and mentor to many.

Captain Eric Muthuka Munuve

It is with deep sorrow, yet with humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Captain Eric Muthuka Munuve on Thursday, 07th August 2025.

Born 07th September 1973 in Nairobi, Eric was the treasured son of Mr. Bernard Mutinda Munuve and Mrs Alice Ndunge Munuve.

He was a devoted husband of Mary W. Kiragu-Munuve, loving father of Abigael Munuve, Jasmine Ndunge Munuve, and Ivy Musenya.

Eric was brother of Joseph Mwendwa, Charles Kyalo, Adam Maingi, Ester-Lilian Kasyoka Matu and June Musenya. He was son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, nephew and friend to many.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Friday, 22nd August 2025 at 6.30 m for a requital mass followed by burial at his family home in Nthongoni Village, Kitui Rural Constituency, Kitui County.

Albert Ndirangu Kamau

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Albert Ndirangu Kamau of Safaricom PLC on 17th August 2025.

Albert was the beloved son of Mr. James Kamau Ndirangu and Felistas Nungari Kamau of Munyu-ini Village, Ndarugu Location, Gatundu South, Kiambu County.

He was a loving husband of Maria Mutenyo and father of Amicia Nungari and Nolan Kamau. He was also a son-in-law of Walukoye Mutenyo and Everire Wafula of Webuye.

Albert was a brother of Prisca Wangui of Equity Bank, Emmanuel Wainaina (I.T. Manager), Nelly Njeri of Nanyuki Referral Hospital, and Moses Macharia of the KDF.

Daily prayers, burial preparations, and meetings are taking place at his home in Githurai, Mwihoko, and at his Munyu-ini home from 4.00p.m. daily.

The cortege leaves K.U. Mortuary at 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 26th August 2025, for the funeral and burial at the family home in Munyu-ini (Ituramir6), starting from 11.00 a.m.

Lillian Igoki Ngari

We wish to announce the death of the late Lillian Igoki Ngari.

Wife of the late Zakayo Cingano who passed on Thursday 7′ August 2025 at Our Lady of Lourdes Mwea Hospital (Karira) after being ill for a while.

The late Lillian Igoki Ngari was born in 1948 in Kigwambiti Village.

She was a mother of Boniface, Jackson, jemimah, Eustace, William, Jane, Sospeter, Madris, Emily,Agnes, David, and Patrick. Grandmother of 38 and great grandmother of 30.

She was sister of Njiru, Kibaki, the late Mwathi, the late Mercy and the late Nginya.

The burial arrangement is taking place in her rural home, Kamigua Village, Mbeere North Sub-County Embu County.

The burial date is set to be on Friday 22nd August 2025.

May her soul rest in peace.

Brother of the late Joseph Oduk, the late Mary Akeyo, the late Rosemary Ochako, Jane Anuro, jannet Shamala, Oliver, the late George Odondi, Ezekiel, the late George Oduk amongst others.

The cortege departs Agha Khan Hospital Mortuary Kisumu on Monday 25th August and the burial will be held on the 26th of August at his home in Kamreri Okumba.
