She was wife of Moses Amuyunzu Andove. Mother of the late Wycliff & Rahab, Mary & Isaac, the late Margaret, Fred, the late Rose, the late Esther, Caroline, Pauline & Eric, Nicholas & Victoria and the late Alice.

She was daughter of the late Ainea and Esther Mugolwa and daughter-in-law of the late Sabet and Timothy Andove.

She was sister of Fridah & Luvonga, the late Zinafa, the late Solomon, Florence & the late Luyali, and the late Tom & Prisca.

She was sister-in-law of the late Milka, Zilipa and the late Naftali, the late Catherine, the late Meshack, the late Margaret & Rufas, Leah & Noah, Ruth & Albert, the late Peter and Gladys; and Simeon and the late Susan.

She was grandmother of Alvin & Sarah, Clare, Bonface & Daisy, Jared, Jansen, Maxwell & Precious, Faith, Diana, Jamie, Bravin, Abel, Abigael, Audrey, Bradley, Gift, Natasha, Leon & Gian. She was great grandmother of Serian, Melissa, Mikel, Naila & Jayson.

She was a niece, cousin, aunty and friend to many.

Funeral service will be held on 30t July 2025 from 2.00pm to 4.00pm at SDA Karengata Church.

The burial will be held on 1st August, 2025 in Lelget Village, Aldai Sub-county, Nandi County.

Mom lived a life of service.We give thanks to God for her life.

 

Lillian Nyambura Kanyi

With humbie acceptance of God’s will,we celebrate the life of Lillian Nyambura Kanyi, beloved wife of the late Jesse Kanyi Kariuki, who was called to glory on 19th
July 2025.

Lillian was the cherished daughter of the late Josphat Kamau and Helen Wangeci, and a devoted servant of God who touched many lives through her unwavering
faith,warmth.and compassion.

She was a loving mother of the late Nelly Sila, the late Alex Kariuki, David Ndegwa, Timothy Kibui, Mwangi Kanyi and Anne Mabwai and a dear mother-in-law of
Taylor Sila Mercy Kariuki, Hidder Kibui, Carol Mwangi, Andrew Mabwai and doting Cucu of many grandchildren.

She was a beloved sister of C.R.Mwangi Kamau, the late Waiter Kariuki, the late Wanjohi Kamau, the late Hoseah Mwangi, Lorna Muthoni, Danson Kabui,N aomi Wanjiru, Elder George Muraguri, Judy Wairimu and Wilson Waweru. She was also a cherished auntie to many.

A memorial service will be held on Monday,28th July 2025, from10:00AM to 1:00 PM at YMCA Shauri Moyo, Kamukunji.

The cortege will depart Kenyatta University Mortuary at 7.00am on Tuesday, July 29, 2005 for the funeral service at Muthuthini Village, Gikondi, Mukurweini, Nyeri County.

Planning meetings are ongoing daily at her residence in Uhuru Estate, starting at 6:00 PM.

He was the son of Freedom Fighter General Stanley Mathenge Mirugi and Freedom Fighter Miriam Muthoni Mathenge Mirugi.

Beloved husband of Mary Karungari Mwangi Mirugi. Loving father of Stanley Mathenge.Wilson Waturu, Issack Karonji, John Gitonga, and Michael Machira. Cherished father-in-iaw of Faith Wagaki, Judy Nyambura, Nancy Muthoni.. Irene Wangui, and Esther Muthoni.

He was the brother of Lucy Wanjiru, Wambui, and the late Karonji, Njeri, and the late David Ndiritu.

Son-in-law of John Gitonga, Peter Theuri Karueru, Mathenge Karueru and Benjamin Karueru. Brother-in-law of Consolata Muriuki, Jane Njoroge, Teresia Njeru, Millicent Waniiru, Janet Wambui and others.

Wellington Okola. Mother-in-law of Priscah, Sylvia and Judith. Grandmother of Steve and Risper, Tracy, Sharlet, Hope, Adams, Ernest, Claire, Shaleen, Cindy and Prince. Great grandmother of Olivia,Valarie, Ethan and Prince.

She was sister of Dickson Siatikho and  Edward Omukhango.

Wife of the late Joseph Kimama Kirunda, sister of Mary Wanjiku Matimu and the late Rahab Wambui Kamau.

Mother of Anne Njoki Kariuki, Stephen Karugu Kimama, James Muiruri Kimama (Cuba), Rose Wambui Kiarie (USA), Angela Waithera Motanya, Late John Kinyanjui, Late Lucy Wanjiru Njoroge and Late Hellen Wanjiku.

Mother-in-law of Nancy Wanja Karugu, John Njoroge Mbatia, Kiarie Kariuki (USA), Daniel Motanya Nyamboga, Veronica Wanjiru Muiruri and the late Joseph Kariuki Macharia.

She has left behind many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

Meetings are being held everyday at her home in Kigami Village Lioki from 4:00pm.

The burial ceremony will take place on Tuesday 29th July, 2025 at home in Tachasis Village, Flax, Kaptagat, Elgeyo-Marakwet county.

Maureen Cherono Korir

 07/12/1984 – 15/07/2025

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden passing on of Maureen Cherono Korir, who went to be with the Lord on July 15, 2025.

Maureen was the beloved daughter of Dr. David Kipkosgei Korir and Mrs. Rose Chelangat Korir. She was sister of Dr. Wycliffe Kipkurui Kosgei, Lynette Chepkoech Ochieng and Oscar Kipng’etich Kosgei.

She was also the sister-in-law of Dr. Faith Yego Kosgei and Pst. Dalton Ambrose Ochieng, and she was an aunt of Richard-Bryan Ochieng.

She was a granddaughter of Zipporah Sang and niece of Jane,Alice, Hellen, Elijah, Symon, Edward, Joseph, Zakayo,Alfred, Robert, and a cousin to many.

Maureen previously worked at The Boma Hotel in Nairobi, Hotel Chalet Christiania in Switzerland, and Rupaz Fun N Fitness Center. She was also the owner of Uptown Coffee House in Eldoret. Maureen was a cherished daughter, a dear friend, and a faithful servant of God. She touched many lives through her fellowship at CITAM Eldoret, Calvary Chapel, and ICC Nairobi, as well as through her dedicated service with Aflewo — Eldoret.

Maureen will be laid to rest on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the family farm adjacent to Kapsaret Water Dam, past Eldoret International Airport in Mlango area.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Hezron Wainaina Iguku on 19th July.2025 at his home following a bravely borne illness.

He was son of the late Joseph Iguku Wainaina and the late Naomi Njeri Iguku.

He was loving husband of the late Esther Mumbi Wainaina and Hannah Wanjiru Wainaina.

Brother of Ruth Wanjiku Iguku.

Father of Naomi Njeri, Lucy Muthoni, Joseph Iguku, the late Stephen Mbugua, Ruth Wanjiku, Michael Mbugua, Naomi Njeri, Beth Wanjiku, Joseph Iguku, Ruth Njoki and Ben Waweru.He was grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home Karii Muguga near Muguga Model primary School from 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves PCEA Thogoto Mortuary at 9.00am on Friday 25th July.2025 for a Requiem mass at Heritage Grounds Karii Muguga Hagicini and thereafter burial at his home Karii Muguga, Kiambu County.

It is with profound sorrow and acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the passing-on of a brother, husband, father & grand-father; Mwalimu John Kiango Ngomo of Uthini Village: Kawethei Location; Kangundo Sub-County Machakos, which took place on 14th July 2025.

He was the son of the late Mr and Mrs Paul Ngomo Kiango.

A loving husband of Mary Katungwa (Rtd. Teacher). A devoted father of Alfonce Nzioka (C.I.C. Insurance), Caroline Mueni (W.E.F), Stephen Ngomo (I.C. Markets Kenya), Jennifer Mukii (HFC Bank), and Ruth Ndinda (HFC Bank). Father-In-law of Joyce Kanini Nzioka and Ruby Moraa Ngomo. Grandfather of Angel Betty Nzioka.

He was son-in-law of the late Reuben Nzioka Mwilu and Serah Mukii Nzioka.

He was brother of Solomon Mbili, the late Daniel Mutinda, Jacob Nzioki, Serah King’oo, Elizabeth Kituku, Philip Mutiso, Henry Munyao (Survey of Kenya), Joyce Ndinda, Beatrice Kamene (Kitui M.O.H), late Dr. Jeremiah Nding’u and Ruth Munyiva (Kyeni Primary School).

He was also cousin of Onesmus Mbatha (USA), Allan Simu, Rev.Simba Kitonyi and many others.
