It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Grace Kabon Chemjor Ng’otie of Kaptigen Village,Tenges Ward, Baringo Central in Baringo County, on Thursday 22nd May 2025 at Eldama Ravine Nursing Home.

She was the loving wife of the late Dickson Kirarit Ng’otie and co-wife of late Rodah Tung° Ng’otie. They were all blessed with the following children: late Isaac, Joseph, Shadrack, Dorcas, Flora, Essy, Sylvia, late Nathan, Rosebella, Tom, Julius, Patricia,Walter, Kipsang and Raphael.

Sister of the late Robert, Daniel, late Evelyn, Loice, late Zippora, late Tamurei. Cousin of the late Kipngetich, late Kipkebut, Mrs. Kimeres, Tapkili, late Aaron, late Sarah and late Julius.

She was blessed with several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Mercy Hospital Mortuary-Eldama Ravine on Saturday 7th July, 2025 at 7.00am through her home in Tenges, Kaptigen Village to Tenges Primary school for a funeral service at 10.00am then proceed for Burial at her home in Kaptigen Village later.

The burial will be on Friday 6.6.2025 at her rural home in Emakwara Village, Elukengo sub-location, Marachi East location, Butula Sub-county, Busia County.

He was the beloved husband of Winrose Kavengi Mukiti. Father of David Mukiti (County Government of Kitui), Joseph Mukiti (MOTOROL, Nairobi), Benson Mukiti (AAR Insurance. Nairobi), Justus Mukiti (GAPs Construction company). He was a father-in-law of Caroline, Faith, Grace and Teresiah.
He was the grandfather of Brandon, Nolan, Narveen,Ashlynn, Clara.

He was the third born of the late Mwiyei Mutia and Mwiyathi Mwiyei in a family of 16 children. He was brother of Scholastica Mawia, David Ngwambu (APS), John (Kitui County Govt), late Peter Musyoka. Jacinta was a doting mother of Evrard Otieno and Natalie Adhiambo. She was a mother in-law of Rael Okeno and a grandma of Emma Aluoch.

She was a sister of Margaret Pwoka, Philip Odhiambo, Teresa Ombok, Grace Umija, Edward Odanga, Evaline Oyoo, late Godfrey Odhiambo, late Sylvester Kwena, late Gabriel Mukoya, late Hezekiah Odanga, the late Matthew Okanya, late Bernard Mutimba, Boniface Odhiambo, Ben Dominic Odhiambo, Thomas Odhiambo, the late George Oyugi, Christopher Wabuti, late Monica Shiundu, late Concepta Makokha, late Catherine Mogaka, Margaret Okoyana, among many others. A Requiem Mass will be held in her honor at St. Austin’s Catholic Church, Lavington, Nairobi on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

The cortege will leave Nairobi to her homes in Emakale, Mumias and later to Likuyani Constituency in Kakamega County, where another Requiem Mass and burial will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025.

Mama Pamela was the devoted wife of the late James Awuor Ogumbo. She was a cherished mother of Nixon Otieno Awuor (Nairobi City County), Lilly Awuor (Nairobi Water), Seine (Simba Telecom), and Elizabeth (Aga Khan Hospital). She now reunites with her beloved late children Caroline and Molly.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Jacob Wayasa and Mikal Abonyo of Gembe North, Ngodhe Village, Suba North sub-County. She was a dear sister of the late Isaya, Joshua, Zadock Wayasa, among others, and sister-in-law of Helida, Deborah, and Joyce.

Her warmth extended to her nieces and nephews, including Timotheo, Samson, Nelson, John, Fred, Anthony, Charles, Meshack, Flora, Margaret,Alice, and Helida.

Mama Pamela was a respected daughter-in-law of the Lates Ogumbo Nyiwala, Salina Akelo, and Francisca Awino. She was a sister-in-law of Risanael, Muga, Agneta, Gladys, Margaret, Leotine, and Lucia, Monica Udo and Anna Muga, late Philista, Monica, Nandi, Opuge, Udo. Co-Wife of the late Hellen Nandi and Emily Opuge.

Her family ties embrace the Jorim Okoths, Boson Otombos, Francis Aloos, Petro Bonos, Nelson Okwamas, Obel, Amino, and others.

She was a loving mother-in-law of Jacqueline Ogendo, Sam Wahore & Richardson Asabe, Corn. Jamasai Onyango, Grace Omulo, Odhiambo Odoro, Dorothy Oduor,Tom Agengo, and Maureen Aloo, the late David Magoma and Bon Onyango. She was a respected “Nyaworm- of the late George Sam Ogendo and Mama Florence Ogendo, the late Elisha Rading Aduncla & Mama Agneta Aduncla, the late Obiero Otenyo and Mama Hindu.

Her memory will be treasured by her many nieces and nephews including Hon. Funeral Arrangements
The body is currently reposing at Montezuma Funeral Home. It will be flown to Kisumu on Thursday June 12, 2025, for a Church Service at St. Peters Cathedral Ahero, led by Vicar Evance Apiyo Following the service, the body will be taken to her home in Tura Village for an overnight vigil.

The burial will take place on Friday, June 13, 2025, at her home in TuraViliage (Onjiko).
