She was wife of the late Godfrey Kamigwi.

Sister of Njeri. Muthoni, Ndungu and Muchai:. Lucy Kamigwi was born to Eliphelet Gatonye and Win Mukuhi in what is now Kiambu County.

She was a devoted mother of Kinyua, Gatonye, Ngure, Wambui, the late Ndungu. Loving grandmother and auntie to many.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home, Raila Ociinga way at 8:00AM, Thursday 11th December 2025 for burial at her home in Gathehu, Karatina.

Nat Kangethe, one of Kenya’s pioneer African Certified Public Accountants, passed away peacefully at 10:50 a.m. on 2nd December 2025 at AAR Hospital on Kiambu Road. He suffered a heart attack while in ICU and was surrounded by his wife Hannah, son Charles Kangethe and daughter Caroline Nyambura.

He was the son of the late Michael Kangethe Mbugua and Phyllis Nyambura; brother of James Nuthu, the late Mukara, the late Wanjiru, the late Njoroge, Wanjiku, Wangari and the late Njeri.

Beloved husband of Hannah Wakanyi. Loving father of Charles Kangethe, Caroline Nyambura, Cathleen Wanjiku and Ruby Wanjiru. Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather of many.

A devoted Christian of PCEA Runda Evergreen.

Church service will be held at PCEA Runda Evergreen on Wednesday 10th December 2025 at 10:00 a.m., followed by cremation at Kariokor Crematorium.

He was the son of the Late Samuel Mutua Kalua and the Late Rae! Mbeu Mutua of Mwala, Kyawango – Machakos County.

He was the son-in-law of the Late John Ishasi and the Late Leah Mmbaga Ishasi of Kisiwani, Same Tanzania.

He was the brother to Grace Ngonyo, the Late Benjamin Mutuku, Pauline Ndinda, Josephine Wanza, Ken Ngumbau and the Late Charles Nzioka.

He was brother-in-law to the Late Charles Ishasi, the Late Natu Ishasi, Aubrey Ishasi, the Late Joyce Ishasi, the Late Julius Ishasi & the Late George Ishasi.

He was Grandfather to Regina Mbeu, Thandiwe Amy, Shani Mkagereza, Nelson Nguru, Amani Mbaluka, Ezra Mutua & Tulani Kanyatta. He was a cousin, uncle, friend, mentor and confidant to many.

A memorial service will be held at All Saints Cathedral on Wednesday 10th December 2025 at 2.00pm.

He will be laid to rest on 12th December 2025 at Mwala, Kyawango, Machakos County at 11.00am.

Peter was the beloved son of the late James Mwangi Jasho and the late Naomi Njeri Jasho. He was a treasured brother of Esther Mwangi (Mama Steve – Gikomba), Grace Mwangi Muteithia, George Jasho, Patricia Mathenge, Joseph Maina Jasho, and the late Boniface Mwangi Jasho.

Brother-in-law of Tom Muteithia, Philomena Karanja, Robert Mathenge and Shiro Maina.

The late Hon. Denar was a Nominated Member of Parliament having been nominated to the National Assembly of the Thirteenth Parliament in 2022. Until his untimely demise, the late Hon. Denar served the National Assembly with diligence and commitment as a Member of the Departmental Committee on Sports & Culture and the Select Committee on National Cohesion & Equal Opportunities.

The late Hon. Denar was born on 18th December 1969 to the late Joseph Hamisi Dena and the late Addiraya Kahumbu Dena of Mazeras. He was son-in–law of Prof. Adrian Mukhebi and the late Electin Nabwile.

Hon. Denar was loving husband of Eileen Dena and doting father of Joseph Hamisi Dena (TJ). and the late Addiraya Nalonja Dena.

Brother of the late Andzazi Dena, the late Jane Joseph, the late David Dena, the late Susan Kadzo, Bertha Dena, Faith Dena, the late Goody Dena, Glyn Madu, the late Wright Dena, Spear Dena, and Vidzo Dena.

The late Hon. Denar will be laid to rest on the 13th December 2025 in Mazeras, Kwale County.

He will be fondly remembered for humility, and steadfast commitment to service to the nation. His passing is a great loss not only to the National Assembly but also to the nation at large.
