Beloved daughter of Herbert Jumba and Matroba Jumba. Wife of Ernest Sayi Asanga (Furtec Kenya). Mother of Dicie Okaya Sayi (AFRAA), Sonny Asanga (Furntec Kenya) and Jimmy Sayi (Strathmore University). Sister of Duncan Jumba, Gladys Jumba, Jonathan Adego, Martini Jumba, Hassan Jumba and Stanley Jumba. Sister-in-law of Lona Ondigo, Deborah Asonga, Salome Amariati, Margaret Adego, Florence Martini, Robai Konaiza, Mary Muhombe. Aunt of many and friend to all. Relatives and Friends are meeting at the railways club from 5pm Thursday and Friday and at their Ruai Residence throughout the day. Evening services are conducted in Buruburu Church of God (Phase iii) from 6 pm. The main fundraising will be held on Saturday 3rd June 2017 at Railways Club and Sunday 4th June 2017 at her Ruai residence from 2pm on both days. Her body will be removed from Coptic Hospital Mortuary Nairobi.The Burial will be held at her home village Ebusikhale Epang’a, Luanda Town, Vihiga County on 10th June 2017. Details of the sendoff mass service will be communicated later.

 

Daniel Thuku Gitau

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Daniel Thuku Gitau (Mwalimu) of D.T. Farm, Rongai – Nakuru County. Husband of the late Rachel Wanjiru Gitau.
Father of John Gitau, Francis Kamau and Samuel Mbugua. Father-in-law of Julie Waithera and Anita Carpenter. Grandfather .of Elaine Rachel Wanjiru, Ethan Thuku, Jabali Thuku and Zuri Wanjiru.

The cortege leaves War Memorial Hospital mortuary, Nakuru at 9am on Friday 2nd June 2017 for funeral service and burial at his farm in Rongai.

Nairobi Technical Training Institute regrets to announce the death of Raphael Ndungi Mathaka which occurred on Sunday, 28th May 2017 after a short illness. Until his demise, Raphael was a Lecturer at Nairobi Technical Training Institute.
Beloved son of Antony Mathaka and Clavia Mathaka. Husband of Mary Wanza Ndungi (Changuli Memorial Secondary School – Machakos). Father of Agatha. Ndungi, Michael Ndungi, Caroline Ndungi and Gabriel Ndungi.
There will be a fundraising to offset his medical bill on Wednesday, 3Ist May 2017 in Garden Square Restaurant starting from 5.30pm.The cortege will leave the Chiromo Mortuary on Saturday, 3rd June 2017 at 6.00am. There will be a funeral service the same day at St.Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kalibini – Sultan Hamud in Makueni County followed by burial at his home in Kalibini. .

Jeremiah Charles Ogolla

It is in acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mr, Jeremiah Charles Ogolla. Son of Charles Were Rangara and Saulina Audo, both deceased. Brother of Joshua Achola, Hellen Were, Margaret Adhiambo, the late Alfred Otieno, and the late John Juma Mitere. He is survived by beloved wife, Margaret Atieno Ouma Ogolla of University of Nairobi, Department of Architecture and Building Science, and beloved children, Getway, Laura Norma, and Mitchclay Maguti Ogolla of Nairobi Primary School.
Until his death, Mr. Ogola served as a Member of the Council of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM), where he also chaired the Standards Sub-Committee of Council. He will be missed by family, friends and colleagues.
