Munene, Joe Muriithi. F. Wanja, I. Nyaga, J. Waruguru, R. Wainoi S. Karuana, the late R. Gituto, E. Wakera, A. Muriithi, J. Muchira, J. Gituto, C. Nyawira, P Waweru, W. Thiguku and A. Njega. Grand mum of Wangithis and Karubius among others. Great grandmother and great great grandmother of many.

Meetings are taking place daily at her home in Kianjogu village starting at 4.00 p.m. and in Nairobi at Grand Quality Hotel, Accra Road, starting at 6.00 p.m.

The cortege leaves Mt. Kenya ACK Funeral Home on 30/05/2017 at 8.00 a.m.

Burial service will take place at her home in Kianjogu village from 12.00 noon the same day.

Helen Gakii Rimberee

It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Helen Gakii Rimberee after a short illness. She was the wife of the late M’Rimberee Rinkima, daughter of the late M’Ing’entu and Mwari M’Ing’entu.

Mother of Kanyua, Muriungi, Ntiboka, Mwenda, Koome, David Muthiora, Mbaya and Kithia: step mother toWanja, Mutua, Karwirwa, Lydia, Kagwiria: mother in law to Nkirote, Catherine, Mary Koome, Gakii, Mary Mbaya: grandmother and great grandmother to many.

A memorial prayer meeting will be held on Monday May 29th at All Saints Cathedral at 5:30pm. The burial will be held on Wednesday May 31st 2017 preceded by a funeral service at Michaka Methodist Church, Naari Meru at 11am.

Wife of Daniel M. Murimi. Loving mother of Wanjira and Wairimu. Daughter of the late Zephaniah Gethi and the late Marion Warimu Gethi of Mathaithi village Nyeri county. Daughter-in-law of Joseph Mugweru and Edith Mugweru. Sister of the late Isaac Ireri, Amos Mugwe, Lydiah Mwangi, Dr. Macharia Gethi, the late Dadson Weru, the late Kihara Gethi, Charity Wangui and Joe Mwai. Sister-in-law of Mugweru Mwai, Jackson Maina, Peter Mutugi, Andrew Kinyua, Anne Nyawira, Margaret Muthoni, George Miano, Loise Wambui, Nimrod Mwangi and Catherine Wairimu.

Brother of the late Salome Andoke, Preskila Oloo, Ruth Osamba, the late Owiti Ogwang, the late Ogweno Oindi, William Akoko Oindi, among others. Mother of Sharon Chelangat (Maasai Mara University), John Dennis Kibet Kirui (Litein High School) and Mark Muraran Kirui (Kanga High School). Step daughter of Mrs. Jane Kerich and Daughter-in-law of Late Alfred Bii and Sofia Bii. She is also sister of Daniel, Evaline, Erick, Charles, Lorna, Japhet and Joyce. Son of the late Mugo Mutuangure and the late Wamuthua Mugo. Loving husband of Esther Mabuti. Father of Stanley Mugo formerly of KIST Dr. ,Eunice Sahle (USA), Eliud Mwangi (KDF), Ruth Tadesse (USA), Jennifer Kigundu (Toronto) and the late Lucy Kigundu. He was father-in-law of Esther Mugo, the late Sahle Tawedol, Nancy Mwangi, Tadesse Gebaw. Grandfather and great grandfather of many.
Prayers and funeral arrangements are being held daily at his Kangaita Home starting from 4.00 pm.
The cortege leaves ACK Mt. Kenya Hospital Funeral Home, Kibingo on Saturday 27th May, 2017 at 9.00 am and thereafter a funeral service will be held at ACK Kangaita Church and later burial at his Kangaita Home.
