Husband, Daddy, Guka, Uncle, Brother, Colleague, Friend… One year has passed since that sad day, when you were called away. God took you home; It was His will, but in our hearts, you live stilt and oh how we miss you!

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing away of Jashodaben Jayantilal Patel on the 21st April 2017.

Beloved wife of the late Jayantilal Maganlal Patel (Gam Karamsad), and devoted mother of Mrs Shobhna Rajendra Patel (UK), Sudhir Patel (Nairobi) and Dr Kaushik Patel (USA). An affectionate mother-in-law of Rajendra Patel, Vina Patel and Sandhya Patel, as well as a loving grandmother of Krupa, Mitul, Ring, Uma, Hiren, Komal, Prina and Keisha. The cortege will arrive at the family residence, Mitul Court, Galana Road, off Argwings Kodhek Road, at 12noon and depart at 1pm for cremation at the Hindi Shamshan Bhumi, Kariokor at 2pm on Sunday 23rd of April 2017. Prayers will follow at Gita Hall, Premier Club, Forest Road on the same day, Sunday 23rd April 2017 from 7pm to 8pm.

Wife of the late Mutisya Masila. Daughter of the late Syuki and the late Kavuu. Mother of Peter Mutisya, Georgina Mueni, Reuben, Jackson Kimeu, Agnes Mbula, Beth Ngina, the late Simon, Jones Makau and late Jenipher Mwikali. Mother-in-law of Elizabeth, George Mutiso, Naisora, Ann, Gideon, Menze and Naomi. Sister of late Ruth Mulala, Jackson Nzola and Tabitha Kolile. Grandmother of Maureen, Ndungwa, Muthama, Raymond, John, Nancy, Yvonne, June, Irani and Jude among others, great grandmother of Stone and Ashley.
Friends and relatives are meeting at the All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi from Tuesday 25th April 2017 starting at 5.00pm.
A fundraiser to offset the medical bill and funeral expenses will be held on Thursday 27th April 2017.

He was son of David Mutua and Joyce Muthee Mutua, Husband of Magdalene Mueni Kavyu of Co-operative Bank, Machakos. Father of Shannel Teve and Givens Teve Brother of Moses Mbithi Mutua of the KDF. Brother-in-law to Jane Mbithi Mutua and uncle to Ryan Mutua. Son-in-law to Joseph Mutua Kavyu and Grace Mwikali Mutua. Nephew to Joel Mbithi, Jonah Mutiso,Torn and Agnes Mutua, the late Mutuku, Milcah and Mirriam. Cousin to Alex Muthusi (Australia), Patrick Mbithi (County Government of Machakos), Chris, Mary, Nduku, Nzioka, Joy Luttson, Lillian Nganga and H.E Governor Dr Alfred Mutua (Machakos),Anne,Teve, Moses among others.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his Kyamuthilu home, Masii, Machakos Social Hall and Garden Square, Nairobi from 4PM for funeral arrangements.
