It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will but deep regret that we announce the untimely demise of Mr. Andrew Ouko Ochora of KPLC Nakuru, that occurred in Ngata Bridge on Saturday 26th November 2016.
Husband of Janet Moindi Ouko of Huduma Centre Nakuru. Son of Barnabas Ochora and late Priscah Kemunto Ochora of Nyachenge village, Nyanko Location, Kisii County. Son-in-law of Alfred Ongera and Agnes Ongera of Ogango village. Father of Brian (Kemu Nakuru Campus), Antony (Moi University), Mark (Mang’u High) and Adrian (Citam Academy Nakuru).
Friends and family are meeting daily at Rigena Hotel Nakuru, Garden Savana Nairobi and Kegati for prayers and funeral arrangements.

Husband of Elder Elizabeth Wanjiru Ruru (Wa Ruru) of P.C.E.A Elijah Kagiri Memorial Church Thika. Son of the late Robert Ng’ang’a and the late Philemona Wangui. Father of Faith Wangui (Canada), Dorcas Wanjiku Mackenzie (Canada) and Robert Ng’ang’a (Nairobi). Brother of Mary Waceke Maina, Peter Muiruri, Joseph Muraga, Jane Gacambi Ngugi and the late Kinyanjui Ng’ang’a. Grandfather of Eula Wanjiru and Zion Wanjiru.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his home Bondeni Estate, Thika town opposite KRA Offices from 6pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.
The cortege leaves General Kago Funeral Home Thika on Wednesday 7th December 2016 at 9am for burial and funeral service at Kaburugi village, Kanjiru, Naaro, Murang’a County from 11am

Patricia Adhiambo Opondo

April 13, 1978 – November 27, 2016
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sud den death of Patricia Adhiambo Opondo. Daughter of the late Arthur Opondo and Doreen Akoth Opondo of CBK Kisumu, step daughter to Feigona Opondo of West Kadinga, Mayieka School, Seme. Granddaughter of the late John Martin & Jerusha Ngaa, the late Jorim Monica Okong’o. She was a sister to Jerusha, Caroline, Dorothy, Stella, Oscar, Jorim, Nick, Benjamin, Bishop, the late Martin and the late Pius. Sister in law to Jennifer, Jacklyne, Alpha, George, Sarah and Olga. Funeral arrangements meeting and prayers are ongoing at her mother’s house in Mamboleo Estate, Kisumu. Harambee will be on Tuesday 6/12/2016 at Kisumu Police mess from 5.30pm.
The body will be removed from Aga Khan Mortuary on Friday 9th December 2016 at 10am for a requiem mass at St. Stephen’s Cathedral Kisumu at 11am and thereafter the body will be taken to West Kadinga, Mayieka School, Seme for an overnight vigil. Burial will take place on Saturday 10th December 2016.

Anne Christine Wangui (Agnes)

it is with great humility and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Anne Christine Wangui (Agnes) which occurred on Sunday morning (November 27, 2016) at Coptic Hospital following an unsuccessful surgery.
She was a teacher at Githunguri Primary School, Ruiru. Loving wife of Paul Muriuki Kibe. Mother of Maurice Gichuhi and Brandon Kibe. Daughter of Catherine Mirigo and Gerald Gichuhi. Daughter-in-law of James Kibe and Lucy wambui. Sister of Muchiri & Wakarura, Wangu & Muraguri, Joan Muthoni, Muriithi & Nyambura, Waruguru & Njoroge, and Njoki & Kibethi. Sister-in-law of Anne Wanja. Auntie of many.
The cortege leaves Jamii Funeral Home, Karatina at 8am on Tuesday 06/12/2016, followed by a funeral service at PCEA Kianjogu Church at 9am. Burial will take place at Kianjogu Village at 12noon.

Husband of Mama Josephine Onyina Owino. Father of Mary Atieno, Lynette Otieno, Charles Owino, Simon Amadi and Victor Owino.
Brother of the late Arkipo Odhiambo, the late Yucabeth Obiero, Esther Okoth, Jonathan Raballa, Dan Owino, the late Tichus Obach, Robinson Opon, Fredrick Obel, Angeline Adera, the late Jane Akinyi, Samuel Tindi and Moses Owino.
Son in law of the late Joram Oula, and the late Mama Joyce Oula of Sakwa Bondo.
Father in law of Arthur, Lordvick, Carol and Kellan. Grandfather of many.
Daily meetings will be held at Nairobi Railways Club (Poolside) on 5th and 6th December 2016 from 5.30pm and main fundraising will be held on Wednesday December 7, 2016 from 5.30pm at the All Saints Cathedral.
 
The requiem mass will be held at his residence in Harambee Estate House No H108 on Saturday December 10 at 5pm. He will be laid to rest on Monday December 12, 2016 in Central Karachuonyo, Kendu Bay.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our beloved father Josaphat Amolo Okol of Kochola village, Reru East Ward, Kisumu County which occurred on 17th November 2016 at Maseno Mission Hospital.
Brother of the late Okello Okol, Joyce Okol, Awino Okol and Adede Okol.
He is survived by his widows Mama Hannah Oketch and Mama Janet Ondijo.
Father of Moses Otieno, Tom Amolo, Livingston Ochieng’, Clerkson Ouma, Florence Otieno, Amos Opondo, Benter Amolo, George Ouko, the late Adonija Oginga, Patrice Lumumba, Pamela Onyango and Gordon Onyango.
Father in law of Carren, Irene, Valencier, Lencer, Alphonce, George, the late Wilfred and Rhoda.
Grandfather of Eveline, Erick, Ezekiel, Don, Junior, Charles, Evans, Judy, Michael, Hawi, Sharon, Boniface, Lawrence, Marion, Sheila, Francis, Gordon and Nerea.
He was a former councillor of West Seme location, former board chairman of Alwala Secondary School and former vice chairman of the defunct Kisumu County Council.
The cortege leaves Kisumu District Hospital Mortuary on 2nd December 201 to St Phillips Ochok ACK Church for funeral service, and thereafter the body will be taken to his home for overnight stay. Burial service will take place on 3rd December 2016 at his home in Kochola Village, Seme Sub-County.

Mother of Idah (USA), Brenda & Kristoff (Germany), Patricia Gathoni (Nairobi), George & Carol Mathu (USA). Grandmother of Isaac and Dominic. Sister of the late Peter Kimani, Kinyanjui, Nana and Kariuki of Ting’ang’a. Sister in law of Mr and Mrs Gugu Mathu (Kamunyaka), Mr &Mrs Komu Mathu (Kamunyaka), Mr & Mrs Njoroge Mathu (Ndiko), Mr & Mrs Wakaba Mathu (Karuri High School). Sister in law of Pauline Gicu (Rongai), Monica Ndungu (Nakuru), Gathoni Wahothi and Lydia Njuguna (Gakoe), Juliana Waweru (Nairobi) among others.

The funeral service will take place at St Teresa of Avila Catholic Church In Gachege from 10am. 
Thereafter burial will follow at the family Gachege Farm.

Husband of Carol Jepkosgei Kipturgo, Father of Jemosop, Jepkonga, Kamaina and Sandra. 
Son of Komen Bondich and Targok Komen, Brother of Ruth, the late Pius, Roda, Elseba, Paul, Komen of Lang’ata Barracks, Christine, Esther Komen of NSSF and Jeptui.
The funeral service and burial will take place on Saturday December 3rd 2016 at home Kaimugui sub location, Ossen location, Baringo North sub-county from 10am.
