Mr Charles Mureithi Nyaga

The Co-operative University of Kenya regrets to announce the untimely death of Mr Charles Mureithi Nyaga which occurred on November 9, 2016.
Son of the late Dan Nyaga Choma and the late Eunice Njura Nyaga. Brother of Danson Kariuki, Rachel Hireri, Faith Nyaga, Nancy Wanjera, the late Jennifer Wambugi, the late Annet Rwamba, late Mwaniki Mugo and the late Rosemary Njoki.
 In-law of Ruth Njeru, Sarah Muthoni, Peter Kariuki, Ruth Mugo,Tinah and the late Nyaga Kenani.
Uncle of Eric (USA), Kelvin, Mellisa. Charles (Equity Bank), Dorothy, Jennifer, Peter, joy, Pauline, Grace, Muthoni and Thomas.
The cortege left Coptic Hospital Mortuary on Saturday 19th Novem 2016 to Gakwegori Private Mortuary Embu for burial thereafter on his father’s farm at Kairuri Village, Gandori Location, Embu County on 23 November, 2016.

Mama Beldina Opee Kungu

1922 – Wednesday 16 Nov 2016.

It is with unfound sorrow that we anounce the passing on of Mama Beldina Opee Kungu which happened on Wednesday 16th November 2016 at her home in Kuoyo Kochia, Homa Bay County. She was born in 1922 in kawiti Sub- location, East Kakdhimu of both Rachuonyo sub county to the late Mzee John Alawo and Syprina Ouya Nyar wamo of Kanyada kothidha loo rateng school. She was the second child after her brother John Orach Orach. Other siblings were malim, Samuel, Dorina, Prisca and Margaret.The body leaves, Gendia Adventist Hospital morgue on Thursday 24th November 2016 for burial on Friday 25th November 2016 at her home in Kochia West Location, Kanam Village, Homabay County.

Michael Ndirangu Wangai

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Michael Ndirangu Wangai, which occurred in South Africa. He was a student at Monash University in Johannesburg.
 
Son of Mr Wangai Nyuthe (Advocate) and Mrs Beatrice Wangai. Brother of Grace Njeri and Jairus Nyuthe.
 
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi, beginning Tuesday November 22 2016 from 5.30pm.

He was the son of the late Reuben Kamau Kingangi and the late Elizabeth Nyokabi Kamau. Beloved husband of Jane Njoki Mbugua.
Loving father of Elizabeth Nyokabi (CBK), Reuben Kamau, Joseph Thiong’o, Patricia Wairimu, Lucy Wanjiru, Antony Kanyua and David Mute.
Father in law of Esther Nkwene Kamau, Rhoda Wambui Thiong’o and Risper Awuor Kanyua.
Adoring grandfather of Atex, Jennifer, Evans, Byron, Angela, Mike, Alicia, Rey, Sophie, Nathaniel, Jayden, Abigail, Tyrone and Jabari.
 Brother of the late James Kamaru, Lucy Wanjiru and Christine Wanjiku.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his home for prayers and funeral, arrangements.
The cortege will leave Nairobi Woman’s Hospitdi on Friday 25th November 2016 at 8am then proceed for a funeral service, and burial at his home along Thiong’o Road, Kangemi.

Co-wife of Risper, late Dorcas and Esther. Step Mother of Risper, Hellen, David, Grace, Kennedy, Saphania, Assanga among Others.
Sisters of the late J. Ambomo, the late Khatayi Atayi, the late F. Omukhumi, the late J. Sitandi and the late Ndege Atetwe.
Daughter-in-law of the late Charles Indieka and Jesica Akoya. Sister-in-law of Selina Ambiyo, Omuyaku, Penina, the late Obanda, the late Julius among others.
Body leaves USA on 21/11/2016 arriving at her home on 24/11/2016. 
 
Burial will be on 26th/11/2016 at Emmuli Emukasa.

Son-in-law of Julius Karathi and Jane Nyaguthii. Grandfather of Paul Karanja, Frank Thuo, Shelly Wambui and Kinsey Wakonyu.
Father-in-law of Lesly Kamande and Moses Gichinji. Brother of James Tiria, Salome Kabura, late Edwin Njogu, Reuben Mwaura, John Mbugua (Jojen), the late Hannah Wangui, Paul Gacheru, Corporal Moses Nduba and George Mburu (Jojen).
Family and friends are meeting daily at his home at Gikambura near Shopping Centre from 6pm.
The cortege leaves Kikuyu Hospital Mortuary on 23rd November 2016 at 8am, followed by a requiem mass and burial at his home.

Mother of Wairegi, late Grace Kamau, Waiharo, Wangari of Ngong’, Muchera of KBC chips, Kabage Nrb County, Muthoni Ndurarwa, Ndung’u of Kiambu County, Mathu and Wambui of Nairobi.
Mother in law of Partrick Kamau (UK), James Muchai (Ngong) and Alfred Njoroge Nairobi.
Daughter in law of Serina Wairegi, Mama Kelvin, Ann Kabage, Mweru, Rachael and Wamuthanji.
