It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Mama Margaret Akinyi Juma, who rested on 1st September 2025.

She was the daughter of late Kasmiel Ohio and Peres Adhiambo of Kobura, and loving wife of the late Barnabas Juma Akech. Mama Margaret was the mother of Beatrice, Carolyne, Erick, Titus, Geoffrey, Kevin, Mourine and Jessica. She was a co-wife of Eunice and Pamela.

She was a cherished mother-in-law of Jackline, Jane, Night, Janet, the late Paul, the late Nelson and Freeman.

She was grandmother of many including Charles, James, Margil, Damar, Natalie, Maxwell, Blaise, Claxton, Cherise, Dorine, Ramsey, Tatiana, Metrine, Peres, Odriana, Everline, Tiffany, Brian, Bravin, Rayan, Raphael, Britney, Emiliano and many more.

She was a sister of Rose, Risper, Charles the late Malachi, Joseph and Onyango and cousin to many.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Thursday, 12th September 2025, for home in Ahero, Boya Baraka. Funeral service and burial will be held on Saturday, September 2025 at her home.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Justus Kithela M’Igweta M’Mailutha which occurred on 8th September 2025 at the Nairobi West Hospital. Justus was born in 1946 in Antuakwi Village, Urru sub-location, Tigania West subcounty, Meru County.

Justus was the loving son of the late M’Mailutha Kimuchii and Cialingera M’Mailutha. He was brother of the late Stephen Ntongai, the late Mukwaiti Kabaya, the late Fredrick Laibuni, the late Julius Kithure, the late James Muturo, the late Kaigera Ntoruru, Monthia Ntwaritho, Timothy Kaunjuga, Karei M’Ampuria and Prof. Joseph Thingithu Mailutha. Kithela passed away after battling cancer for a few years.

He is survived by his loving wife Joyce Kithela; Children -Titus Koome, Jane Gacheri, Harriet Kaimuri, Thomas Mugambi Kithela, the late David Thuranira Kithela and Janet Kanario Kithela; In laws Priscilla Kaaridoseph Ikirima and Robert Nyangori Nyarandi: Grandchildren- Allan Muthomi Koome, Bessy Gatwiri Koome, Evans Mugambi Koome, Bill Matara Nyangori, Diana Muthoni Ikirima, Michael Muriithi Ikirima, George Mwithia Ikirima as well as beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Burial meetings are being held at his home in Antuakwi Village daily and in Nairobi at All Saints Cathedral on 12th, 15th and 16th September 2025 from 5.00p.m.

We invite family and friends to attend a celebration of his life, to be held at the Urru Methodist Church on 196 September from 10.00 am – 5.00 p.m. The burial will i take place on the same day at his home in Antuakwi Village.

The cortege leaves OLoitokitok District Mortuary on 15/0912025 at 830am followed by a funeral service at his farm ) in Nkama, Oloitokitok burial thereafter at the same place.

He was the son of the late Josiah Ngugi Warari and Wanjiru Ngugi.

Beloved husband of Mary Mumbi and the late Rahab Wanjiku lchungwa. Father, grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather of many.

He was the brother of the late Elizabeth Wandai Laban and the late Jacob Muiruri Ngugi. He was a step brother to many.

Meetings are being held every day at his home in Mai-ai-ihii near the Green Garden Main School from 3.00 p.m.

There will be a memorial service on Sunday 14th starting from 1.00 p.m at his home.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home on 15th September 2025 at 8:00 a.m. after which he will be laid to rest in his farm at Maai-hii, Kikuyu.

With deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing of Engineer Anthony Karanja Wamwaki, who was tragically called to rest on Tuesday, 9th September 2025, following a road accident. Engineer Anthony Karanja Wamwaki was a valued Electrical Engineer at KenGen, where he diligently served with professionalism and commitment.

He was the beloved son of Mr. Frederick Wamwaki and Mrs. Grace Wamwaki.

A loving father of ElianaWangui Karanja.

Cherished brother of Dr. John Muiga Wamwaki, Jeff Mbugua Wamwaki, and Dr. Tigist Gebre.

Affectionate uncle of Nathan Muiga, Justin Muiga, and Wintana Muiga.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral planning at the residence of his father, Mr. Frederick Wamwaki, in Nairobi, from 6:00 p.m. onwards.

A Requiem Mass will be held on Friday, 12th September 2025, at 4:30 p.m., at the same residence. An interdenominational thanksgiving service will follow on Sunday, 14th September 2025, at 3:00 p.m., also at the family home.

The cortege will depart from Montezuma Funeral Home on Monday, 15th September 2025, at 7:00 a.m., for a Funeral Mass at St. Teresa Catholic Church, Murengeti, Limuru, commencing at 10:00 a.m.

Thereafter, interment will take place at the family home in Murengeti, Limuru.

Her presence graced our lives in many ways, and her memory will forever shine like a guiding star.

Nancy was a loving mother of Rachel Njoki and Dolphine Wanja.

Sister of the late Esther Njeri, the late George Ngige, the late James Gatuiku, and the late Mercy Ngendo.

Grandmother of David Njugi, Abigail Wambui, Elijah James, and Hannah Njeri.
