It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Sister in Christ Ostaja Wairimu Wajoshua which occurred on 8th September 2018 at her home in Kayole.

Loving wife of the late Joshua Mwangi. Maroro. Daughter of the late Joanally Ndegwa Kiririu and late Corneria Nyagitha Ndegwa. Sister of late Lydia Wangui Muthii, Emmah Waitherero, Regina Mwonjoria Maingi, Cyrus Ikahu, Lydia Nyaciondo Nginyi, Francis Kiririu, Margaret Njeri Ndutha, Veronica Wanjira Mbuthia and Peter Kanja. Mother of Margaret Wambui, Stephen Ndegwa, Daniel Muturi, the late Mary Njoki, Kariuki Mwangi and Faith Wanjiku.

Mother-in-law of Mary Wanjiku Ndegwa and Joyce Karwirwa Muturi. Grandmother of George Kingo’ri Ndegwa and Faith Kanana, Consolata Wairimu Ndegwa, Martha Wangeci and Alex Muchai, Chrisitine Wairimu and Christopher Gitau, Allan Mwangi Muturi, Linda Kinya Muturi, Job Mwangi Njoki and Janet Wamarwa, Consolata Wairimu Njoki, Faith Wanjiku Njoki, Margaret Wangare Njoki, Joshua Mwangi Wanjiku, Esther Wairimu Wanjiku.

Great grandmother of Maxwell Ndegwa King’ori, Olivia Wanjiku King’ori, Shanaya Wanjiku Wairimu, Blessing Wairimu Muchai, Makenna Wambui Gitau, Tabitha Njoki Mwangi, Shana Njoki Wairimu and aunt of many.

Family, relative and friends, are meeting at Stephen Ndegwa Mwangi’s residence in Kasarani Mwiki from 7:00 PM daily.

The cortege leaves KU Funeral Home on Thursday, 13th September 2018 at 8:00am for funeral and burial service at Langata cemetery.
