It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Peter Kamau Mwiiri (Ithe wa Wathoni) of Korio Village Lari sub county formerly businessman Mombasa. He was husband to Hannah Wanjiru (Nyina waWathoni).

Loving father of Dorcas Wathoni Kibe of Mombasa, Ruth Wanjiku Kooro (USA), the late Margaret Wangechi, Rahab Mwihaki Mburu, Nakuru, James Mwiiri of Korio, Esther Wanjiku Kiarie (USA), and Dedan Karoki (USA). Father-in-law of the late Sammy Kibe, Macharia Kooro (USA), Francis Mburu (Nakuru), Cyrus Mbatha (USA) and Mary Nyambura Mwiiri — Korio. Brother of the late Wangechi Kanyote, the late Manyara Ndwaru, the late Njoroge Mwiiri, the late EstherWanjiku, the late Moses Muhika and the late Paul Kuria. Son-in law of the late Dedan Karoki and the late Ruth Wanjiku. Uncle of Mwiiri Kanyote (Nakuru), Dorcas Wathoni Kanyote (USA), Dorcas Wathoni Wanyonyi (Wa Esther) of USA among others. Grandfather of Jerusha (USA), Jimmy (Qatar), Wanjiru and many others.

The cortege leaves uplands funeral home on Tuesday 7th January 2020 at 8:00 A.M. Service will be held at AIC Korio. Thereafter Burial at his home, Korio village.
