Peter Mwangi Mugo Mugai

With profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the sudden death of Peter Mwangi Mugo Mugai, formerly of Kenya Agricultural Research Institute now KARLO, which occurred on 11/05/19 at Medhil Hospital, Nakuru.

Son of the late Samuel Mugai Mugo and Martha Waithira Mugai. Husband of Gladys Wangari. Brother to James Kimani, John Chege and Joseph Ndung’u. Father to Samuel Gitau Mugo, Michael Mugai Mugo (Inspector General’s Office), Richard Kimani Mugo and Martha Waithira Mugo (Washington, USA). Father in-law to Mary Wambui Gitau and Anne Nduta Mugai. Grandfather of Gladys Wangari Gitau and Arlington Mugo Mugai.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at his home in Milimani, Molo starting at 6PM. Nairobi meetings are being held at Abbey Hotel, Gaberone Road at 6 PM.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Friday 17th May at 8:00am for a funeral Mass and burial at his home in Kakuzi location, Gituamba sub-location Ngatho Gatanga sub county, Muranga county.
