Beloved daughter of the late Paul Mwaura, Rose Mbeere, and Waithera Mwaura.

Wife of the late Archangel Mwaura Kironjo. Loving mother of Jane and Kaburu, Cecilia and William, the late Peter and Immaculate, Wambui and late Titus, George and Nancy, Dr. Ann and Kangethe, Njeri and George, and the late Timothy Ngugi.

Her Siblings were the late Mbiyu, the late Wanjiru, the late Mumbi (her twin sister), the late Kiguru, the late Kamau, Wambui, Waringa, the late Waruguru, the late Njuguna, the late Kimui, the late Nduati, the late Dave, Jane, Mbiyu among others.

Cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, aunty, and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting for funeral arrangements as follows: • Kandara: At her home next to Kirunguru Secondary School, daily from 3:00 PM. • Thika: Shuhan Hotel on 30th July 2025 starting from 5.30 PM • Nairobi: Holy Family Basilica — 29th July 2025 starting from 5.30 PM.

The cortege will depart from Montezuma funeral home Kabati on Friday 1st August 2025 at 7,30am for a funeral service at Ruchu Catholic church at 9.00am. Burial will follow after at her farm.
