Professor Samson Makau Munywoki

It is with acceptance and God’s will that we announce the death of Professor Samson Makau Munywoki on the 27th of June 2022 at Guru Nanak Hospital, after a short illness.

Beloved son of the late Munywoki Kitivo and the late Naomi Nundu Munywoki. Beloved Son-in-Law to the late Mr. Marcellus Makukwi Munyae and Mrs. Prisca Makukwi.

Beloved husband to Mrs. Mary Agatha Munywoki. Loving and adorable father to Mrs. Beatrice Nundu Kuria, the late Catherine Munywoki, Naomi Nundu Munywoki, Joseph Kitivo Munywoki and Dominic Munywoki. Father-in-law to Mr. Anthony Kuria and SandraWangeshi Muchirah. Grandfather to Cynthia,Vanessa, Ruby, Gabriella, Milan and Abigail.

Brother to Late Solomon, Jacob, Late James, Late Boniface, Benjamin, Late Joseph, Late Haron, Benard, Paul, Tilas, Late Kamia, Kavate, Rhael, Rose, Kamene, Late Grace, Late Nduku, Late Teresa and Mwikali. Uncle, relative, colleague, author, mentor and friend to many.

Funeral arrangements are taking place daily at his home at Thome 5, Safaripark Avenue from 5.00 pm.

The funeral will be held on the 8th of July 2022.The cortege will leave Guru Nanak Hospital at 8.00 am and head over to Ridgeways Baptist Church for service at 10.00 am thereafter head to Kariokor at 2.00 pm for cremation.
