t is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely death of Rachael Joan Kibira, formerly of Telkom Kenya Ltd. which occurred on Thursday 27th October 2016, at The Texas Cancer Centre, following a fierce battle bravely fought but lost to cancer.
Beloved daughter of the late Mzee Ibrahim and Mama Sherry Kibira (Kima Mumbita village, Bunyore). Sister of the late Joshua Kibira, Donald Otanga, Priscilla Akeng’o, Mary Shivachi, Raphael Kibira, Margaret Shikanda, Noel Khanili and Mheshimiwa Arthur Kibira Apungu (Kima Mission, Luanda Constituency Bunyore). Loving mother of Andrew Ibrahim Odhiambo, Marty Martin Magudha and Emmanuel Moses Magudha. Former wife of Jacob 0. Maghudha. Sister in law of Philip, Anthony, Patrick, Thomas, Janet, Cleophas, Benedict and Christine Odhiambo.
Family, friends and well wishers are meeting daily at The N P. C Church Valley Road from 5.30pm to make funeral and burial arrangements. There will be a major fundraiser on Tuesday 8th November 2016 at The N.P.C Valley Road as from 5.30pm to help raise funds to meet hospital bill and funeral expenses.
The cortege leavesThe Chiromo funeral facility on Thursday 10th November 2016, at 0900hrs for a requiem service to be held at The N.P.C Valley Road. Burial service will be held at the grave side, at the homestead of the late Mzee Ibrahim Kibira, at Kima Mumbita Village Bunyore, on Saturday 12th November 2016 commencing from 10am.
